

Hello everyone is lunch time and I have to prepare something natural for my the hole family I made rice and beans with vegetables for my family this afternoon and I made it with palm oil that is why is natural and healthy too.
Rice and beans is a very good combination even with vegetables because all of them have something different to give to the body.
Rice is carbohydrates
Beans is protein while
Vegetables give vitamins.
That is why I have to combine the three of them together.
INGREDIENTS USED
3 cups of rice
1 cup of beans
1 bunch of vegetables
Salt to taste
1)2 tablespoon of dry pepper
1 medium Onions
1/4 cup of red oil
Water.


PROCEDURE
I will first select my beans by removing the spoilt ones and the chaff.
I will now put in my pot add water and cook.

After some minutes I will now add my rice.

I will now wait for some minutes and bring them down and wash before I will start cooking.

After washing I will now put them back into my pot add water and cook.
I will now start putting my ingredients and I will start with my red oil after red oil I will now add my salt and pepper.
I will also wash my onions and slice and also add to my food.





I will now cover and allow my rice to get done.
Once my rice is done I will now wash and slice my vegetables and add to my food and stir together.



I will give my food a very good stir and my food is ready.

Looking at this dish is very tempting and healthy and natural too the taste is topnotch and I and my family enjoyed the meal so much.
