Who would have thought that oats combined with ordinary wheat flour when frying crunchy baby corn, would be so delicious.
Baby Corn Rolled oats Fried
This is my first recipe for making crispy fried baby corn. I often add baby corn to soup or delicious vegetable stir-fries. However, this time I made baby corn lovers with a different dish. I will fry it crispy with a layer of baby corn flour. So, what's special about this recipe is that I add additional whole oats. In my imagination the oats will add a crispy texture to a baby corn recipe made like this. Actually, I was inspired to add oats because I ran out of fanir flour. Therefore, I took the initiative to replace it with oats. Hehe, this is my first time trying it, hopefully it will be successful and it will be a delicious dish as a snack at home. Materials Used
1 tablespoon cornstarch
2 spoons of wheat flour
3 spoons of oats
1 teaspoon salt
2 cloves of red onion
1 clove of garlic.
Cooking Procedure
Clean the corn from the corn hairs and the tip of the cob. Then thinly slice the shallots and garlic.

After slicing, mash the shallots and garlic, until smooth or according to taste.

Mix the flour into the container containing the crushed shallots and garlic.
Add enough water, then add the oats, cornstarch and don't forget to stir until evenly mixed.

Season with salt then when the mixture is right, add the baby corn and mix everything together.

After stirring until evenly mixed, fry in hot oil using low heat so that it is cooked optimally. Fry until brownish yellow.

Result
The crispy baby corn is ready to be enjoyed, I added a sprinkling of nori on top and also mixed it with chili sauce. The crunchy and tasty baby corn is very delicious to enjoy with the spicy chili sauce. This is a delicious snack made from fried corn. As we know, baby corn has a naturally savory and sweet taste, so when fried in flour it adds a different taste.
The first impression of making this corn snack was very delicious, far beyond my expectations. Moreover, adding oats makes this fried snack different from the snacks I usually serve. I really recommend you to make this snack at home when gathering with your family, I'm sure they will really like it.
