I believe primarily that we have a physical well-being when all our organs work efficiently and have a physical capacity necessary to respond to various activities of daily life. How we are going to face it determines the type of health that each person possesses.
This place is called Parque del Ejercito located in Maracay, Aragua -Venezuela. It was created for our community to attend to perform their exercises is a free place
Now you may be wondering how to achieve it? what do I need to achieve physical wellness and what does it all involve? I think my story will help you understand why it is so important to have good physical, mental and spiritual health that will not only help you but also the people around you who in one way or another stimulate you to achieve it.
My transformation process was thanks to my work hehe yes, as you read my work because I entered a government institution in my country Venezuela (Bolivarian Military Aviation) where they demanded a physical preparation that obviously did not have, ie I was not prepared, that preparation was given to me by them. At first it was horrible, I did not like jogging, or exercise; over time I began to like it, first by the transformation of my body and secondly because I began to feel very good health.
I think that starting in this institution was a great help for me because I honestly did not like to do physical exercises at all to achieve wellness. This experience became a habit in me and today I understand that it is very important even if it is just walking for 45 minutes so that your body adapts to this new challenge. Apart from allowing you to take care of your body, you realize that your mind is also transformed.
A balanced diet is part of your health
With the physical exercise I obviously started a healthy life, I changed my eating habits, this part is a little inevitable not to talk about it because most of them are afraid to start the changes because most of some foods and fruits are expensive depending on each country. But if you want to have physical wellness you must make a sacrifice and there are foods and recipes that you can do without spending a lot. Want is power!
I started with physical exercises you know forced hehe, but when I started to see changes in my body everything changed. Later I changed my eating habits, I think you can eat everything without abusing. As for sleep I have always slept well so the exercise increased my sleep since I go to bed tired and logically your physical appearance changes, that helps you with your self-esteem.
The advice I can give today to those who read me is that we must take care of our health, without health we can not do anything and logically that is part of our welfare; to be well you have to take care of yourself, surround yourself with positive people who help you get up when you think you fall, read a good book, I recommend the Bible is a manual par excellence, walk, love your family enjoy it, jump, run, be happy, tomorrow is uncertain only God knows. But above all... Live and take advantage of the present which is Today.
Depending on your beliefs, attend a place where you feel spiritually well. It helps you to comfort your soul
