I got to know the hard way that their policy is fantastic for buyers and supportive beyond expectations but almost the opposite for sellers. I've been on both sides and received both good and bad. I shared this story to express my surprise and let people know rather than to complain which I hate anyway. On my numerous messages to them asking for justice they told me at some point that they no longer have access to that money. How funny does that sound? I can't imagine me being an owner of a platform and not taking care of the case even if it requires spending from my funds and then take measures against an obvious fraudulent member. They literally told me to keep messaging this guy that they already knew he was not not responding for obvious reasons. They didn't even touched his account at all - didn't even text him. When I told them that he could be reselling my camera they said "keep an eye on him". Can you believe that? However, it all comes to the fact that people are not fundamentally decent. I mean he didn't even propose to payback part of it - that's beyond pathetic 🙂
