Una de las dificultades más grandes que tenemos los seres humanos es ubicarnos en tiempo y espacio, es decir, el vivir el aquí y el ahora. Aún no pude descubrir porque nos empeñamos en condicionar nuestro vida a situaciones pasadas o bien a proyectos futuros, dejando de lado el presente.
En ocasiones cuando mantengo conversaciones con con amigos y familiares muchas veces siento que ocupan su tiempo y se estresan demasiado por situaciones que nada tiene que ver con su presente, por cuestiones que no controlan, llevando ello a vivir desfasados en el tiempo.
Al leerme podrán notar que mi escritura está en tercera persona, como si estuviese liberado de estos vicios, y si bien no es del todo así, he aprendido que debe vivirse día a día. He entendido que es bueno tener proyectos y ambiciones, pero que estos no aportan nada cuando para lograrlos tenemos que resignar disfrutar del presente, porque quedamos atrapados en ese futuro tan ansiado y deseamos que el presente pase lo más rápido posible para poder llegar al sitio que tanto anhelamos.
Respecto al pasado debemos entender que es algo que forma parte de nosotros, que está ahí y deberíamos intentar que no condicione nuestra vida a diario. Siempre es bueno cerrar ciclos y entender que todo el camino que hemos recorrido forma parte de un gran aprendizaje y que si bien en muchas ocasiones nos dejan heridas, una vez cicatrizadas deberían ser anécdotas que nos ayuden a valorar lo que tenemos y hemos superado.

Sentarnos al lado de la ventana mirando la lluvia caer con una taza de café caliente, caminar bajo una linda arboleda al tiempo que disfrutamos del canto de las aves y de la música que generan la suave brisa con ellos, caminar bajo el sol, andar descalzos en la playa o tirarnos a descansar al pasto suelen ser lindas oportunidades para lograr esa conexión tan necesaria que nos traiga al aquí y al ahora, que nos haga sentir el presente.
