I was not aware of the relationship between calla lilies and the celebration of Easter, it is fascinating how concepts that in principle have nothing to do with each other are associated. In Spain, we do share the tradition of hard-boiled eggs and bread, although we combine them in a single piece and call them "monas de Pascua". Unlike yours, the bread dough is sweetened. The ones you show us look delicious. I'm glad you enjoyed a good Easter sharing with your children, even if you weren't together you did it in spirit. Best regards.
