Today I will be showing you all on how I made a nutritious banana smoothie for myself ,before Sharing my simple recipe i will like to enlighten everyone more about the nutritional benefits of banana fruit. Banana fruit are rich in vitamin, fiber, potassium and also antioxidants all these support heart health, help digestion and support bones health and boost mood.
Ingredients
1:three pieces of banana fruits
2:3tablespoon of groundnut
3: 1tablespoon kremela milk
4:2 tablespoons of water
Procedures
firstly, I took the banana and ply out the outer part, after that I cut the bananas into smaller size.
Secondly,I transferred it into a manual blender then I blender smoothly, after I was done blending I transferred it into a glass cup.
Thirdly, I mix 1 tablespoon of kremela milk with 2 tablespoons of water and mix properly after that I transferred the blended banana into the glass cup i go in with my mixed milk then I also go in with 3 tablespoon of groundnuts.This is how I got my banana smoothie hope you like it.
