At the mention of the word "Aesthetics", a lot of thoughts fly here and there in my little mind, in a jiffy I get to think of physique which entails physical appearance, grooming, makeup, fashion choices and personal style.
Actually, aesthetics gets across to both genders(male abd female), I mean who wouldn't want to look good? That's impossible yunno. While it is well appreciated in many cultures, it seems to be an enacted law for the ladies, I mean they're always beautiful and elegant while putting the right aesthetic features in place.
Aesthetics to women cover a whole wide range of physical fitness, nice/fresh smell, makeover and facial looks, hair do and the lost continues, it's a long list right? And that's what makes us US. While ladies ensure that they look beautiful, their choices differs and that's understandable because no two persons can ever be the same. I'm a lady, infact a woman, looking good makes me feel good. Thus, I'll wanna use myself as a perfect example of aesthetic, besides I'm an aesthetician, I was trained to ensure people look good, so you'll do well to patronize your baby.
Physical appearance
Physique is a huge factor which contributes to aesthetics with common elements including clear skin free from dents and wrinkles, healthy hair, and a fit physique.
For a clear skin
Personally, I hate whitening lotions which are locally known as bleaching agents, they have longtime effects on users with immediate reaction. I've tried different body lotions without getting a satisfactory result but one of which I've stuck to has been the best so far
It's Cussons baby oil and lotion, it not only makes my skin silky and soft like that of a baby but tones my complexion naturally.
I'm mostly addicted to two types of Cussons which I use regularly.
For a healthy hair
A healthy, full hair with good texture is as a result of good hair hygiene. I endeavor to wash my hair with shampoo and conditioner thrice in a month while using Vikn'5 hair cream to texturize it
I choose simple but beautiful styles for my hair, should I remind you I'm a beautician?
For wigs, I buy quality human hair(weavons) of which I can revamp whenever I feel like
Fashion
Women usually express their personal aesthetics through clothing choices ranging from casual wear to formal attires to
There's a saying that one is addressed by the way he/she dresses and of course it rings in my mind at all times especially when making dress choices. I avoid dressing to attract too much attention, I'm not an honey to attract flies yunno. I'll say I love casual but neat, orderly dresses for outings and other minor occasions.
When it comes to ceremonial dressing, I endeavor to dress in order yo suit the context of the occasion. Therefore, what it is determines what I wear but then modesty is the key.
Being trained by Godly parents with high moral upbringing, I've grown to avoid skimpy, tight fitted dresses, infact they make me feel uncomfortable.
I love sequence materials a lot too, tailors understand what I mean, they sparkle and always very nice fitting perfectly for every occasion, sequence sections in the market are my favorite spots
Makeup
Makeup is a powerful feature for enhancing beauty, it also serves the purpose of concealing flaws and imperfections while expressing creativity.
Although I'm a makeup artist, I really am not a fan of makeup, applying contours, lips sticks, shadows makes me feel as though I'm being artificial and an entirely different person.
Sometimes I go natural, at other times I apply just lip gloss and pencil, I feel so much at ease and it boosts my self confidence
I only apply makeover when being used as a model in beauty fashion houses.
Fitness and wellness
Physical health and wellness are integral to good aesthetic achievement. At this point, our actions and activities influences our outlook
Personally, exercising seem as though it's a tasking work for me, therefore I make my strenous hobbies my exercise, hobbies like cycling helps to keep me fit, shedding off fat in the process.
Additionally, I watch my diet ensuring that they're low in cholesterol, I love fatty foods and junks a lot, but I'm conscious of that which I consume.
Conclusively, I would say my aesthetic life isn't really tasking or is it? Actually, it's appealing to find so much pleasure in ensuring good looks that do not wear off, so make it simple and fun. Aesthetic and body maintenance does not mean that one spends extravagantly but the concrete steps and order by which the processes take place is what really counts.
