In my last post, I was talking about distracting yourself, when we are experiencing some stressful situation, for example, what we had a 2-3 days ago with a huge dump of many tokens... Another way of distraction is moving our focus from short-term thinking to long-term thinking... There is no sense to stress about the current market conditions as they will change... they always do... So, instead of stressing, why not think about the future and prepare ourselves for better days...
One of the narratives that moved the whole crypto market up a few years ago was DeFi... Unfortunately, many people when hear DeFi think about yield farming, which was just a part of it, but not the point... We had many scam websites/tokens that were very inflationary and many people were chasing high APR for "staking liquidity" and lost a lot of money doing that... From my experience with inflation and hyperinflation, I learned one important thing... In a battle with inflation, your probability to lose is very HIGH!

But, if we want to move away from centralized exchanges and use DEXes (Decentralized Exchanges), the concept of liquidity pools is necessary... If you use a bank, it is (should) providing liquidity for you, if you are using DEX, regular folks are providing liquidity... Yes, we still have that impermanent loss that can ruin your profits, but with less volatile tokens the concept of earning fees by providing liquidity can pay off...
DeFi space is continuously improving, and after those yield farming experiments, we are having a better, more stable, and more secure solution for providing liquidity into pools... Here on HIVE, we have diesel pools, where you can provide liquidity for different pairs, and one of the often-used tokens is a BEE token that we are mining here...
With developments and innovation, the APRs on these pools are lower, but that's normal as they are moving toward more sustainable solutions, but that's good, isn't it?
Back to the report numbers!
In the last 7 days, we didn't get new members, nor we lost any! We got some new delegations from people from the pool... Thanks for that!
In the last 7 days, we mined 141 BEE tokens in total!!!
This POOL doesn't have fees and you get up to 20% MORE by delegating to it!
What about the bonus tokens?
The CTP token stands for Click Track Profit, and you can use these tokens for curating tokens on their tribe website https://ctptalk.com/, or by using the tag "ctp" on your posts... It is one of the oldest tribes on HIVE, but as you can see, the token price went down a lot... But, maybe it hit the bottom?
There will be distributed 1500 CTP tokens to the delegators of the pool as a bonus reward today!
As always, in the end, let's give the exact numbers for this week... There will be distributed 141 BEE tokens and 1500 CTP tokens as a bonus... The APR (without the bonus) was 7.478%, and when we added the bonus it went up to 8.800%!
I have calculated the ROI approximately with medium prices for all tokens at the moment of creating this post... So, those numbers are valid if you bought WB and sold BEE tokens at the middle HiveEngine price...
