Greetings friends. I liked invitation of @nelinoeva.
I made a collage with photographs of a bird that we commonly call Cristofué., for this edition of Feathered Friends.
This bird is known in my country as Cristofué, Pitangus sulphuratus, because that is what it seems to say when it sings very loudly.
It is very common in my country Venezuela and I have seen it in all my visits to the Park and also in the surroundings of the place where I live in Maracay.
The photographs correspond to three different birds that were standing on the branches of trees of different species.
It is beautiful with its yellow breast and white band on its head. The rest of its feathers are brown.
They stood there for a while while I photographed them.
The bird seen in the picture on the left was on the ground grasping for that thread with its beak and succeeded but when I approached to photograph it, it flew quickly to the tree and the thread got tangled in the branch. It is possible that it is making a nest. I waited a while to see what it was doing but it flew to a higher branch and from there to another tree.
The pictures were taken by me with a Samsung S6 edge phone.
Location: Maracay.
Date: January 2024.
The presentation of the collage was made in the Canva program.
