[ENG/DEU] Apartment & Workplace Found

I have labelled this article as ‘personal content’ and added a warning, as this type of content is very different from my usual content.

However, I wanted to report on it, as some Hivians have followed the story so far. So here is the continuation of ‘Paul wants to move and is looking for a new place where he can realize his plans’.

Before I use another 1000 words and write an eternally long article...

I have found a very nice apartment and have already signed the rental contract. Fully air-conditioned (important in Paraguay!), fast internet via copper line (instead of ‘radio relay’ as before), and a stable electricity grid. This offers me more than enough space to carry out my office work and would also be suitable for accommodating one or two co-workers in the workroom. Surrounded by a great garden that I don't need to maintain myself. And if I want to pet dogs (it's supposed to be healthy), they can run around there too.

The flat is probably twice as big as my previous living space, very well laid out with large rooms (really important to me if you spend a lot of time at home - you don't want to sit in a shoebox and stare at the wall in front of you), very centrally located (instead of on the outskirts of the city) and yet quieter than where I live now (and above all not on the mountain, where the lorries struggle loudly uphill or teenagers practice wheelies with their mopeds and empty exhausts... And not directly adjacent to a vantage point where teenagers turn up their clattering music systems at night at the weekend).

Completely under camera surveillance and well sealed off to a certain extent. It's not a gated community as you might think - but I don't have to worry about some criminal fool walking around somewhere he doesn't belong. What, how, why - I'll keep a lid on that. So not like at the moment, that some robbers can come and disappear through the forest.

However, as planned, the premises are not open to the public and I won't be playing music there at the weekend.

The idea of teaming up with an acquaintance to expand his location and activities has been cancelled as he has not fulfilled his activities or agreements. But that's perfectly OK with me, as it means @CryptoCompany has more time available.

Of course I will (and must) continue to pursue my second job as a DJ - just not in my own venue, but bookable for local bars, shops and parties - as I have done in the past. That's perfectly fine with me.

I've signed the lease for a year and will see what happens this year. After that, I might open a venue that is open to the public after all - but then under my own management. For now, however, I'm happy to have found a very nice place where I can pursue CryptoCompany undisturbed and no one will distract me from my daily work.

There are shopping facilities right on the doorstep and basically no need to go into town because I live almost right in the center anyway, but not on a main road. As a result, I'll need less time for the usual errands and can simply do something quick in the city if I need a change from work. My favorite cocktail shop is just a minute away. ;-)

Well, that's it for this topic for now. I just wanted to finish discussing it here, as I opened the story here myself and have reported on several articles in recent weeks and months. This means that no ‘What about...’ remains unanswered.

Possibly important: I will be moving within the current month. There may be a day when I don't publish anything here or on other channels, but I'll try to avoid this. Then...

Ich habe diesen Artikel als "persönlichen Inhalt" gekennzeichnet und mit einer Warnung versehen, da dieser Inhalt doch sehr von meinen üblichen Inhalten abweicht.

Ich wollte jedoch berichten, da manche Hivians dem bisherigen Verlauf ja durchaus gefolgt sind. Von daher hier nun die Fortsetzung von "Paul will umziehen und sucht einen neuen Ort, wo er seine Pläne umsetzen kann".

Bevor ich wieder 1000 Worte nutze und einen ewig langen Artikel schreibe...

Ich habe ein sehr schönes Apartment gefunden und den Mietvertrag bereits unterschrieben - zu einem guten Preis. Voll klimatisiert (wichtig in Paraguay!), schnelles Internet über Kupferleitung (statt über "Richtfunk" wie bisher), und stabilem Stromnetz. Dieses bietet mir mehr als genug Platz, um meinen Bürotätigkeiten nachzugehen und wäre auch geeignet, um ein, zwei Mitwirkende im Arbeitsraum unterzubringen. Umgeben von einem tollen Garten, den ich selbst nicht pflegen brauche. Und falls ich Hunde streicheln will (soll ja gesund sein), dann wutzeln auch die da rum.

Das Apartment ist wahrscheinlich doppelt so groß wie mein bisheriger Wohnraum, sehr gut vom Grundriss mit großen Räumen (mir wirklich wichtig, wenn man viel Zeit zuhause verbringt - da will man nicht in einem Schuhkarton sitzen und auf die Wand vor sich starren), sehr zentral gelegen (statt am Stadtrand) und trotzdem ruhiger als wo ich jetzt wohne (und vor Allem nicht am Berg, wo die LKWs sich laut hochquälen oder Jugendliche mit ihrem Moped und den leergeräumten Auspuffanlagen Wheelies üben... Und kein Aussichtspunkt direkt angrenzend, wo am Wochenende nachts die Heranwachsenden ihre scheppernden Musikanlagen aufdrehen oder rumkrakelen).

Komplett Kameraüberwacht und in gewisser Weise gut abgeriegelt. Ist jetzt keine geschlossene Wohnanlage wie man vermuten mag - aber hier brauche ich mir keine Gedanken machen, das irgendein krimineller Trottel irgendwo rumläuft, wo er nicht hingehört. Was, wie, warum - da halte ich mich bedeckt. Also nicht wie aktuell, dass irgendwelche Räuber durch den Wald kommen und verschwinden können.

Jedoch anders wie geplant: die Räumlichkeiten sind nicht öffentlich zugänglich und auch Musik werde ich dort am Wochenende nicht der Öffentlichkeit präsentieren.

Der Aspekt, das ich mich mit einem Bekannten zusammentue, um seine Lokalität bzw. Tätigkeit auszuweiten hat sich erübrigt, da er seinen Tätigkeiten bzw. Absprachen nicht nachgekommen ist. Das ist aber vollkommen okay für mich, da für @CryptoCompany somit mehr zeitliche Ressourcen zur Verfügung stehen.

Selbstverständlich werde (und muss) ich meinem Zweitjob als DJ weiterhin nachgehen - nur halt nicht in einer eigenen Lokalität, sondern buchbar für lokale Bars, Läden, Parties - wie bisher auch. Das ist vollkommen okay für mich.

Ich habe den Mietvertrag erstmal für ein Jahr unterschrieben und werde sehen, was sich in diesem Jahr ergibt. Eventuell eröffne ich danach dann doch einen öffentlich zugänglichen Ort - dann aber unter alleiniger Federführung. Nun freue ich mich aber erstmal, einen sehr schönen Ort gefunden zu haben, an dem ich dann ungestört CryptoCompany nachgehen kann und mich niemand ablenkt von meinem Tagwerk.

Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt vor der Tür, der Weg in die Stadt im Grunde nicht vorhanden, weil ich eh schon fast direkt im Zentrum wohne, jedoch nicht an einer Hauptverkehrsstraße. Folglich werde ich auch weniger Zeit für die üblichen Besorgungen brauchen und kann einfach mal schnell irgendwas in der Stadt machen, sollte ich mal Abwechslung von der Arbeit brauchen. Mein Lieblings-Cocktail-Laden ist nur einen Katzensprung entfernt. ;-)

Jo, dann soll es das erstmal zu dieser Thematik gewesen sein. Ich wollte sie hier halt auch abschließend erörtern, da ich die Geschichte hier selbst eröffnet und über mehrere Artikel in den letzten Wochen und Monaten berichtet habe. Somit bleibt kein "Was ist eigentlich mit..." offen.

Eventuell wichtig: ich werde innerhalb des aktuellen Monats umziehen. Eventuell wird es mal einen Tag geben, an dem ich hier oder auf anderen Kanälen nichts publiziere, versuche dies aber zu vermeiden. Sodann...
