What I find remarkable is that some of the reports in this campaign may seem trivial at first glance. But are they really? I see much more how even small or everyday things have their value, what we can focus our awareness on, what we can and should be grateful for... and with gratitude from the heart, everything goes better anyway. Was ich bemerkenswert finde: manche Berichte in dieser Aktion mögen auf den ersten Blick trivial wirken. Aber sind sie das wirklich? Viel mehr sehe ich, wie auch kleine oder alltäglich Dinge ihren Wert haben, worauf wir unser Bewusstsein lenken dürfen, wofür wir dankbar sein können und dürfen... und mit Dankbarkeit von Herzen, läuft eh alles besser. "I've been struggling with a hamstring injury for a long time and therefore can't play my sport, soccer. It doesn't limit me in any other way, but I personally miss not playing soccer a lot, as I've been doing it my whole life.
But I'm already looking forward to the day when the injury is healed, I'm fit again and can get out on the training pitch. Then I'll make every training session and game extra special."

My Contribution for Today:
My contribution today ... Relationships based on digital interaction are often viewed critically by “older” generations and not perceived as a true relationship. I think we, as digital hivians, can usually sing a different tune. It's not just mundane memes and things that are shared, but also things that are actually relevant or important. Although you are actually thousands of kilometers apart, you share one of the most valuable things you have in life: Time.
And at this point I would like to tell you how grateful I am that people take the time to think about the things we discuss. As a result, I was told: "Paul, I think you have an inflammation in your shoulder - at least that's what it sounds like. Take medication X." (Of course I asked on what competence this statement was based...) And lo and behold: after just one day of taking it, my arm is almost back to its old self! Yes, if I look for a position, I can still find one in which I realize “this produces pain”, but basically it goes in the direction of...
“Pain-free!”
Didn't I say it the other day? “Health isn't everything, but without health everything is nothing?” It's very easy to forget when you feel healthy or normal; it's easy to forget about preventative care or maintenance... Yes, and if you hear something like that here now, then “Yes, yes”... Seriously now. For you! You for you! Or do you first need a reminder of how crap life is when you can no longer enjoy it?
Mein Beitrag für Heute
Mein heutiger Beitrag ... Beziehungen, welche auf digitaler Interaktion basieren, werden von "älteren" Generationen oftmals kritisch beäugt und nicht als wahre Beziehung wahrgenommen. Ich glaube, wir als digitale Hivians können zumeist ein anderes Lied singen. Da werden nicht nur profane Memes und Dinge miteinander geteilt, sondern auch tatsächlich relevante oder gewichtige Dinge. Obwohl man ja eigentlich tausende Kilometer voneinander entfernt ist, teilt man eines der wertvollste Dinge, welche man im Leben hat: Zeit.
Und an dieser Stelle möchte ich berichten, wie dankbar ich bin, dass Menschen sich Zeit nehmen und Gedanken über die besprochenen Dinge machen. Als Resultat dessen hat man mir zugetragen: "Paul, ich glaube du hast eine Entzündung in der Schulter - so klingt es zumindest. Nimm mal Medikament X." (Natürlich habe ich noch nachgefragt, auf welcher Kompetenz diese Aussage basiert...) Und siehe da: nach nur einem Tag Einnahme ist mein Arm fast wieder der Alte! Ja, wenn ich eine Position suche, dann kann ich noch eine finden, in welcher ich merke "das produziert Schmerzen", aber im Grund läuft es Richtung...
"Schmerzfrei!"
Habe ich es neulich nicht schon einmal gesagt? "Gesundheit ist nicht alles, aber ohne Gesundheit ist alles nichts?" Sehr schnell vergisst man, wenn man sich gesund oder normal fühlt; vergisst dann auch gerne mal die Vorsorge oder den Erhalt... Ja und wenn man sowas jetzt hier hört, dann "Ja, ja"... Im ernst jetzt. Für dich! Du für dich! Oder braucht man erst die Erinnerung, wie sche###e das Leben ist, wenn man es nicht länger genießen kann?
