It is quite amazing the numerous numbers of people who actually want to start their business all in the name of becoming a job creator and not a job seeker. Don't get me wrong, there is nothing bad in you becoming a job creator as that is one of the ways that can help the society to improve and grow. Do you know what? I can vividly say that the more job creator will have in our society, the better it will become for us because it will bring this growth and development we need. The more job opportunities that we have around us, the more we are able to employ people and that translate to people standard of living increasingly massively.
Now in as much as that is good, like I said earlier, the rate at which people are rushing to become owners of business is quite crazy. Nobody actually wants to make thorough research before venturing into that which they want to become. That is just the truth about it. You are not really who you said you are until you become it. That is just the truth. The major reason why many people start business is not necessarily because they even have the adequate knowledge about that which they want to start doing neither do they have passion for it. Well there are those who love the business they want to start.
I have come to discover that many of them started because they have seen it as a standard to become rich in the society. What do I really mean by that. Our society has really painted this picture for us to see that if you truly want to be rich, you really need to be owner of a business, a brand, organisation or you must just own something. The society have painted the picture that you can't be rich according to their standard if you are working under someone and not have your work or business attached to your name.
In as much as that might be true in some scenarios, the truth is it is still quite limited and definitely need to be braced up with balance because I have actually come to discover that this ideology is pushing a lot of people under pressure to do that which they should not do and vice versa. You really need to understand the concept of how money works. At the end of the day I have seen people rushed to start a business they themselves know they are not prepared for all because they just want to be a brand owner or a business owner. It does not work that way.
As i conclude, if you are seeing this post and you are actually planning to start a business and you know deep within that you are not yet ready for this business you are about to start, why not paused and get yourself prepared to a very great extent before venturing into it. Es asombroso el número de personas que quieren poner en marcha un negocio para crear empleo y no para buscarlo. No me malinterpretes, no hay nada malo en que te conviertas en un creador de empleo, ya que es una de las formas que pueden ayudar a la sociedad a mejorar y crecer. ¿Sabe una cosa? Puedo afirmar con rotundidad que cuantos más creadores de empleo haya en nuestra sociedad, mejor será para nosotros, porque nos aportará el crecimiento y el desarrollo que necesitamos. Cuantas más oportunidades de empleo tengamos a nuestro alrededor, más personas podremos emplear y eso se traducirá en un aumento masivo del nivel de vida de la gente.
Ahora bien, aunque eso es bueno, como he dicho antes, el ritmo al que la gente se apresura a convertirse en propietaria de un negocio es una locura. En realidad, nadie quiere investigar a fondo antes de aventurarse en aquello en lo que quiere convertirse. Esa es la verdad. No eres realmente quien dices que eres hasta que te conviertes en ello. Esa es la verdad. La razón principal por la que mucha gente empieza un negocio no es necesariamente porque tengan los conocimientos adecuados sobre lo que quieren empezar a hacer, ni tampoco porque sientan pasión por ello. Bueno, hay quienes aman el negocio que quieren empezar.
He llegado a descubrir que muchos de ellos empezaron porque lo han visto como una norma para hacerse ricos en la sociedad. ¿Qué quiero decir con esto? Nuestra sociedad nos ha pintado la imagen de que si realmente quieres ser rico, tienes que ser propietario de una empresa, una marca, una organización o simplemente poseer algo. La sociedad nos ha pintado el cuadro de que no se puede ser rico, según su criterio, si se trabaja a las órdenes de alguien y no se lleva el nombre del trabajo o de la empresa.
Por mucho que esto pueda ser cierto en algunos casos, la verdad es que sigue siendo bastante limitado y hay que mantener el equilibrio, porque he llegado a descubrir que esta ideología está presionando a mucha gente para que haga lo que no debería y viceversa. Realmente hay que entender el concepto de cómo funciona el dinero. Al final del día he visto a gente apresurarse a empezar un negocio para el que ellos mismos saben que no están preparados porque sólo quieren ser propietarios de una marca o de un negocio. No funciona así.
Como conclusión, si usted está viendo este post y en realidad está planeando iniciar un negocio y usted sabe en el fondo que aún no está listo para este negocio que está a punto de comenzar, ¿por qué no hacer una pausa y prepararse en gran medida antes de aventurarse en ella.
