We all are aware of health benefits of Pomegranates and their juice. I personally love Pomegranates seeds, when I was younger we had a lot of Pomegranate plants in our farms. These all were grown by my uncle (elder brother of my father) who is a great lover of farming and gardening. For whole of day he stays in the farms only. He returns home in the evening just to sleep at home. He planted a lot of fruits plants in the farms. A few years ago, it rained a lot during monsoon season and water got stuck in the farms for many days in continuation. So that year, many plants couldn't survive that much water and they got dead. Now there is only one Pomegranate plant in the farms and I felt very glad seeing the plant full of fruits.
These pomegranates are smaller in size unlike the Pomegranates I see in market with very big size. There is a difference in the color of their seeds too, the seeds of these pomegranates stay pinkish in color even after ripening of fruits. But yes their taste is very nice.

Pomegranates are full of antioxidants, it's juice contains higher level of antioxidants than most of the other fruit juices.
The juice of a single Pomegranate can fulfill 40% of your daily requirement of Vitamin C (I didn't know that 😄)
Due to high level of antioxidants, it has anti inflammatory properties so it can help reduce inflammation throughout the body.
Pomegranate juice appears to be healthy to your heart too. It protects your heart and the arteries. Some research says, it can help lowering your systolic blood pressure.
Pomegranate juice is full of antiviral properties thate why it may help you in fighting various type of infections.

Even I didn't know that Pomegranates are so healthy and contain so many essential nutrients, now I am going to add them in my regular diet for sure.
