The stream has ended but you can watch the VOD below. It will be available for 14 days.
This volcano region is great. It's ramped up a bit in difficulty from Altus Plateau and the earlier areas. The bosses are also quite cool. I was a little bit disappointed that the boss at the top of the volcano was a boss type I had fought before. Doesn't mean it wasn't challenging though as this one both hit harder and had a lot more health than the last one.
The second boss we encountered here was a lot cooler though. Kind of a corrupted snake thing that spawned out of the Erdtree that was in the area. It took three attempts to get this guy down as well. Both of these boss kills were very well assisted by a spirit summon that I mostly clicked by accident. Turns out the viking archer guy (can't remember real name) is great for staggering enemies to get in some critical hits.
After those two bosses we were finally able to enter the Volcano Manor. What a cool place! There's a bunch of NPCs here that gives us a questline to go invading and we finally get the invasion item that's reusable! Means I can go on invading now if I want to. I probably won't be doing that a lot and rather make a PvP character somewhere down the line and then rush the invasion item.
So excited to keep on exploring the Volcano Manor in the next stream! That will happen tomorrow around the same time!

I stream only for fun and because I can. Feel free to stop by, say hello and follow me if you like what you see. My gameplay sessions are saved as VODs for 14 days and will be edited into this post once the stream ends.

I was tolk that last time my chat was set to subscribers only. I must have done that by mistake at some point. It's open to everyone now!
Playing it safe today and going back in Elden Ring. The Cycle: Frontier was fun and I was quite excited for it but I haven't actually felt like playing it again since I streamed it. The gameplay just didn't really do it for me and while there's quests and a lot of upgrades to unlock I don't really feel that it has to much longevity for me until it gets more content. Will definitely be checking it out again sometime later!
I played for a few hours yesterday and started exploring the volcano. I should probably just have gone straight to the capital but I saw a huge mountain and decided I needed to explore it. That's just how it works in this game. There's to many things to distract you from the main quest. I've probably played for close to 15 hours now since last time I did something related to the main quest.
I'm also slowly working up my strength so that I can use this heavy hammer that you can see below. It's badass.
Let's see what this volcano has to offer then! It's already killed me a few times.
