Last time I shared Shami kababs recipe, I am happy you all liked my recipe and gave me great feedback. 😍
Today I am going to share with you guys the Salad of Mango and Banana.
Let's see how I made it.
Ingredients
- Mangoes ( 300 grams )
- Sweet Cream ( 1/2 pack )
- Banana ( 3 )
- Milk ( 1/2 cup )
- Sugar ( 2 sp )
Process
Today I am going to share a sweet recipe with you guys in which I have made a banana and mango salad,
since it is summer here and mangoes are available in summer, which I love very much. I wait for summer just to eat mangoes.
So, without wasting time, I will tell you how to make it.
First, I took a beautiful and sweet mango that was not too ripe or too raw.
I peeled it and then cut it into small cubes.
In the same way, I peeled the bananas and cut them into small pieces.
I only used bananas and mango. If you want, you can add more fruits to it.
I only used mango and bananas in this because I was making it on my mother's request.
Since she doesn't have teeth, I only used these soft fruits so that she could eat them easily.
And now in the next step, Now I ground the cream, milk, and sugar to make a thick paste., and added the chopped fruits to this paste and mixed them well.
Then I put it in the refrigerator for about half an hour so that I can serve it when it cools down.
This is a quick and healthy sweet dish that my family and I love very much.
Final Look:
You can see how it has thickened after cooling down. It looks very yummy and melts in your mouth.
