What are the Lands in Splinterlands?
For Splinterlands, the Lands, more than adding more complexity to the game, will be of extreme importance for the next phase of this Web3 Game. Of these resources, Grain produces 0.02 more per hour while the others generate less, but are still necessary. Along with the new resources, we will have new Liquidity Pools with DEC, allowing players to exchange the resources they have for those they lack. With this addition, in addition to the resources, players will be able to receive fees from the pools.
In addition to the resources and Pools, we will have improvements in the gameplay and UI of the Lands, making management faster, such as new filters on the map.
Lands Market
Currently, when searching the Peamonsters marketplace, you can find lands starting at $12 with Grain Farm. This shows that it is possible to start in this segment of lands with a little over $10. If you look for some lands with higher rarity, there are: Rare ($18); Epic ($70); Legendary ($200).

A ideia do futuro das Lands do jogo é gerar os recursos necessários para craftar os novos itens que vai trazer um novo nível para o Splinterlands, que são as habilidades e itens. Atualmente as batalhas são feitas de forma automática considerando apenas os status e as habilidades das cartas, mas no futuro haverá bem mais complexidade podendo ter mudanças no meio da batalha.
Essa ideia de adicionar mais camadas ao jogo já vem sendo implementada em outros jogos web3. Imprevistos na Atualização da Land
No dia 11 de fevereiro foi divulgado nas redes oficiais do splinterlands como estava o andamento do update pelo CryptoMancer. Devido há alguns imprevistos com o Hive Engine o progresso foi um pouco atrapalhado já que o CryptoMancer que é um dos principais Dev teve que lidar com alguns problemas. Corrigir os problemas da Hive-Engine é fundamental porque é onde os recursos do Splinterlands são comercializados. Entretanto, mesmo assim os desenvolvimentos continuaram acontecendo e no dia 18 teremos a grande atualização nas Lands 1.75!
Atualização nas Lands - 1.75
Dentre as novidades teremos a adição de novos recursos como Madeira, Pedra e Ferro, sendo que agora você precisará desses novos recursos para fazer o harvest, fazendo com que todos eles sejam importantes. Desses recursos os Grain produzem mais 0.02 por hora enquanto os outros geram menos, sendo necessários mesmo assim. Junto dos novos recursos teremos novos Liquidity Pools com DEC, permitindo com que os jogadores troquem os recursos que tem pelos que faltam. Com essa adição além dos recursos os jogadores poderão receber as fees das pools.
Além dos recursos e das Pools teremos melhorias na gameplay e na UI das Lands, deixando a gestão mais rápida como novos filtros no mapa.
