This event is called Month of Sharing 2025 and will be available until March 31st, so there is still plenty of time for you to participate and complete the requirements to receive a share of the Sand Pool. The Sandbox - Month of Sharing 2025
This event, like some others that The Sandbox has done, goes beyond just a map, taking the player to a historical experience within the Ottoman Empire, allowing them to experience historical places and cultures, such as the Topkapi Palace, as well as historical figures from that period, within the metaverse in first person. This will be a unique experience, because in addition to having fun and earning rewards, you will experience a piece of history.
For players who participate in the event, everyone will participate in the distribution of the Pool of 15,000 Sand tokens upon completing the requirements. In addition, there will also be 200 Magnificent Century Avatars as a reward, randomly distributed among participants. So, if you are one of the lucky ones, you will receive some Sand tokens and also a new avatar, although usually in these events it is just the sand pool, so this could be your chance to win your first Avatar!
As usual, to receive the rewards there is a requirement to have a verified account, have a connected wallet and of course complete the event objectives, which is to accumulate 40 EP in experiences. The experiences at this event will be very interesting because they will represent a part of culture and history. The first one will be the 27 EP Iftar Dinner, which will take you to a 17th century environment. The second experience will be the Magnificent Century Experience, which will take you to a map that will tell a little about the history of Suleiman The Magnificent.
How is the SAND token?
As mentioned, the rewards for The Sandbox events are made in the SAND token, so it is interesting to analyze how this token has been behaving. When we look at the one-month record, we notice that there was a sharp drop around March 8th, when the token lost $0.31, reaching a low of $0.24 on March 10th. This change comes largely from the fall that Bitcoin had, which affects other cryptocurrencies in a cascading effect.
Already this week, as Sand is a crypto present mainly on the Ethereum and Polygon networks, with the rise of Ethereum from $1800 to $2000, Sand followed suit, coming close to returning to $0.30. Esse evento assim como alguns outros que o The Sandbox fez, vai além de apenas um mapa, levando o jogador para um experiência histórica dentro do Império Otomano, fazendoc om que ele possa vivenciar dentro do metaverso em primeira pessoa locais e culturas históricas, como o Palácio Topkapi e também personalidades históricas desse período. Essa será uma experiência única, porque além de se divertir e ganhar recompensas, você irá vivenciar um pedaço da história.
Para os jogadores que participarem do evento, todos vão participar da distribuição da Pool de 15000 tokens Sand ao completarem os requisitos. Além disso, também terá como recompensa 200 Magnificent Century Avatars distribuídos de forma aleatória entre os participantes. Assim, caso você seja um dos sortudos receberá alguns tokens Sand e também um novo avatar, sendo que geralmente nesses eventos é apenas a pool de sand, então essa pode ser a sua chance de ganhar seu primeiro Avatar!

Como foi mencionado, as premiações dos eventos do The Sandbox acontecem no token SAND, por isso é interessante analisarmos como esse token tem se comportado. Quando observamos o recorde de um mês, notamos que houve uma queda forte próximo de 8 de março em que o token perdeu os $0,31 alcançando a mínima de $0,24 no dia 10 de março. Essa alteração vem em grande parte da queda que o Bitcoin teve que afeta as demais criptomoedas em um efeito cascata.
