Les cuento que una de las cosas que extraño de ir a La Asunción, es poder entrar al teatro a disfrutar de las diferentes exposiciones de arte que se presentan constantemente en sus instalaciones, así que poder encontrarme en el hotel donde se estaba realizando el torneo de ajedrez al que asistió mi hijo Matías el fin de semana pasado, obras de arte preciosas a donde sea que mirase fue realmente genial, y de ahí el título de este post, arte en todas partes, y es que la verdad en la isla, puedes encontrarlo donde menos te lo esperas.
En este caso por todo el hotel te podías encontrar con diferentes manifestaciones artísticas, pero en particular estas bailarinas que les comparto el día de hoy llamaron muchísimo mi atención porque se veían realmente bellas en sus poses características, pero lo que realmente amé fue la idea de mezclar la gracia del ballet con nuestra cultura de gente del mar, la verdad que fue muy lindo cómo lograron combinar ambas cosas y crear unas piezas realmente bellas.
Otra de las cosas que llamaron mi atención y curiosidad fue descubrir con qué material estaban hechas estas bellísimas esculturas, así que las estuve detallando, y aparte de lo obvio que es la base de madera oscura, algunas en su color oroginal, y otros teñidas haciendo juego con el tutú, me di cuenta que su estructura era de metal recubierto con trozos de papel periódico, pega y tirro, y en cuanto a sus tutús estaban hechos de tela, creando una combinación de materiales bien interesante, y poniendo de manifiesto que para hacer arte solo falta creatividad y dejar volar la imaginación.
Yo la verdad quedé enamorada de estas bailarinas, y aunque contaban con unas piezas bellísimas creadas con trozos de madera de embarcaciones tradicionales de nuestros pescadores, ellas se llevaron toda mi atención.
Lamentablemente no les puedo decir el nombre del autor de estas esculturas pues no tenían ningún tipo de identificación, pero sin dudas que disfruté un montón verme rodeada de tanta belleza.

In this case throughout the hotel you could find different artistic manifestations, but in particular these dancers that I share with you today caught my attention because they looked really beautiful in their characteristic poses, but what I really loved was the idea of mixing the grace of ballet with our seafaring culture, it was really nice how they managed to combine both things and create some really beautiful pieces.
Another thing that caught my attention and curiosity was to discover with what material these beautiful sculptures were made, so I was detailing them, and apart from the obvious that is the dark wood base, some in their original color, and others dyed to match the tutu. I realized that its structure was made of metal coated with pieces of newspaper, glue and tirro, and as for their tutus were made of fabric, creating a very interesting combination of materials, and demonstrating that to make art only need creativity and let your imagination fly.
I really fell in love with these dancers, and although they had some beautiful pieces created with pieces of wood from traditional boats of our fishermen, they took all my attention.
Unfortunately I can't tell you the name of the author of these sculptures because they had no identification, but I certainly enjoyed being surrounded by so much beauty.
