Rheumatoid arthritis which is known as RA is not a condition you would want to lead your body into. I was going through this trouble lately and I was unaware of how my body was reacting. It was weird for me to think that without any factor my body will start reacting on its own. Don't you think it is quite strange?

I was merely dusting my room, although I was aware of my intolerance towards dust yet I thought to give it a try, as I actually had no other options. Who knew the result would be out of the box. First I caught a cold and in the later process I didn't get the allergy reaction but my throat became sorer and it was out of my reach to heal it. I tried all the possible options to cure it by myself instead to reach out to the doctor but it was futile.
When I showed the symptoms to one of my friends' sisters, she immediately urged me to see how my throat looked. I felt embarrassed but least did I have any other choice as I couldn't afford to visit the doctor. After keenly observing, my throat condition and after listening to my problems she told me that my body is reacting on its own, hurting itself.
Yes, RA is a condition when your immune system is crazy and starts attacking your joints and tissues. I wasn't aware of it. Why am I talking about it in here? While playing sports, we often disregard our choices of taking care of our health, one of the reasons why we end up being under the condition of RA is by heavily exercising. Smoking, not having enough fish in our diet, pushing off treatments, and pulling off heavy exercises fall under the category of what most of us tend to do besides being part of sports.
Yes, it is true that we do not laze around nor do we sit and drink while becoming overweight, but because our body is unable to take the pressure of most of the activities mentioned above, we end up in this condition. Some might argue that it is entirely not possible for an athlete to be under RA condition, but are you an athlete.
Most of us who are sports enthusiasts aren't athletes nor are we, professional players. We do not follow a specific diet like them, so we are to be more cautious. RA is not what you want your body to go through. It is still taking time for my body to heal. Never did I think that I will take long hours to heal even after following proper medicine for over two weeks. Even the antibiotic is taking its toll over my body yet my body is not responding wisely towards it.
If you love sports and you do not want to be bedridden or feel caged, keep your diet under control while exercising your body with care. Being careful with one's own body is the least we can do.
