Everyone loves a superhero (well not everyone) but to be honest, super heroes, main characters has been a thing for years. I think this was one reason I enjoyed "legends of tomorrow" - they selected them from DC's series that already have main superheroes. So in my own view it was like watching a series with people that won't get much screen time in the main series.
I also understand and agree with you, but I dont know per se if there is an increase in the love for antiheroes storylines. I'm curious to why you think so. The main superheroes storyline still works for kids and these series still top charts.
Weird I still haven't seen thunderbolts. I will today, been on my list since.
DC or marvel? Which fanbase are you?
