Travel to the Cafe at the Top of Mount Salak!
Saturday and Sunday are the days most people like, and I am no exception. For example, today, Saturday afternoon I have traveled to the top of Salak. Of course, people have their own reasons for doing holiday activities on Saturdays and Sundays. Because, apart from working holidays, we can also enjoy the cool air while having a good meal with our family and loved ones of course.
In Aceh itself, there are quite a number of picnic spots or exciting tours. But in this post I want to visit a cafe that was just built on Mount Salak, Aceh, Indonesia.
Mount Salak is a highland located between the border of North Aceh and Central Aceh. Based on Google Maps it is stated that from where I live to Mount Salak it takes about 1 hour 11 minutes for normal traffic and the distance is about 59.2 km.
However, usually I go to the location of Mount Salak only takes about 45 minutes from where I live.
Curious as to what the newly built cafe at the top of Mount Salak looks like? Come on, I'll show you through some other pictures below!
As soon as we arrived, we were immediately greeted by a friendly cafe waitress. Then find a seat and the waiter gives a menu list. We ordered coffee and toast just to fill our tummies. While waiting for my favorite coffee, I took a picture of the name of the cafe.
Not how long, finally two cups of coffee and two servings of toast arrived.
While sipping coffee and enjoying the occasional toast I reach for my smartphone and snap a few shots of the things that caught my eye that afternoon.
As the night progressed, the fog grew thicker and darker, we drank coffee many times while holding our sweaters close to our bodies while occasionally rubbing our hands and faces.
I also took some photos at the time.
Not long after that, the dark night fell over the top of Mount Salak and the cafe.
While hugging my body with both hands, I got up from my seat. I started to get up and walk in the area around the cafe while talking and taking pictures of many things in the cafe area.
After being there for a long time and photographing many things, I decided to go home because Indonesia as a whole is currently in the rainy season, I am afraid the fog is getting thicker and blocking the view or it will cause heavy rain so the roads become slippery and very risky in my opinion.
Finally we agreed to go home.
Thus posting our trip to the top of Mount Salak and sharing many things about our unique place in Aceh, Indonesia.
Love, Seha76!
