If you stop to think about places like Brazil, which has one of the highest incidences of corruption in the world, things get much more complicated. After all, it is more advantageous for our politicians to improve things for themselves and not for the people.
But, commenting on a smaller level, talking about the politicians here in the region where I live, as well as in the state of Goias where I live, the biggest problems have always been the potholed streets and roads, along with the complicated mobility of the city, in addition to the lack of more decentralized hospitals, if we can say so, and the health centers in the neighborhoods are also not wonderful, always leaving much to be desired when we need them most.
It's funny how we pay so many taxes and fees, but we never get any return on our payments. at the same value and speed at which the bills arrive in our pockets. As complicated as it is to maintain a car, with the documentation and everything else, what makes me most upset is that you have to pay for so many things on time and the simple street of my neighborhood or going to the city center are full of potholes, poorly signposted and it seems that this never changes, always the same crap, which gives rise to memes like “flour asphalt”, since even with maintenance, in a short period all the holes return.
UnsplashIn the case of public health, it is complicated, because the hospitals in Goiânia (capital of the state where I live) even have a good quality and provide good service, but what happens is that people from the surrounding area, from the interior of the state, do not have many health centers or large hospitals, so most of these people are sent to Goiânia to treat their This problem is generating overcrowding and a shortage of resources, which means that even a simple consultation takes hours to be carried out, due to the current staffing levels in relation to the demand to serve practically an entire state here.
As a result, healthcare becomes precarious , even in neighborhood health centers, which should serve precisely there, the locality near them, but that is not how it works. Putting all this together, there are always problems with lack of medicines, resources, precarious health units and among others. things, so health seems to always be a headache for everyone and something that never improves or is resolved. Even with system updates and computerization, many places lack the basics, a headache medicine or a serum to apply, when you need it, you don't have it! So, this problem is recurrent, but no one can ever solve it completely.
With that, what we can do is try to find a better way for ourselves, a place where traffic is a little better and the quality of the streets or roads is higher, it is not easy and is usually a big challenge. In this case, I always try to leave a little before or after rush hour, for example, my shift ends at 6 pm, but I usually leave work at 6:30 pm because that way it's a little easier. In terms of health, the way It's working hard to be able to afford health insurance or trying to always take care of yourself to avoid getting sick or getting seriously injured. Waiting for better days, it seems like that's the only thing we can do.

Os governantes eleitos a cada eleição, têm sempre um grande desafio a enfrentar em suas devidas localidades quando falamos de infraestrutura e o bem-estar da população, claro que isso é considerado quando conseguimos eleger alguém que vá realmente trabalhar para o bem das pessoas que o colocou lá no cargo conquistado. Se parar para pensar em lugares como o Brasil, que tem uma das maiores incidências de corrupção do mundo, as coisas ficam bem mais complicadas, afinal, é mais vantajoso nossos políticos melhorarem as coisas para eles e não para o povo.
Mas, comentado em um nível menor, falando sobre os políticos daqui da região em que moro, assim como do estado de Goias no qual vivo, os maiores problemas sempre foram as ruas e estradas esburacadas, juntamente com a mobilidade complicada da cidade, além da falta de hospitais mais descentralizados se assim podemos dizer, além de que os postos de saúdes nos bairros também não são nenhuma maravilha, deixando sempre a desejar quando mais precisamos deles.
É engraçado como pagamos tantos impostos e taxas, mas o retorno nunca vem para nós no mesmo valor e velocidade no qual as contas chegam para o nosso bolso. Por mais que seja complicado manter um carro, com a documentação e tudo mais, o que mais me deixa chateado é você pagar tantas coisas em dia e a simples rua do meu bairro ou indo para o centro da cidade serem esburacadas, mal sinalizadas e parece que isso nunca muda, sempre a mesma porcaria, no qual rende memes do tipo “asfalto de farinha”, já que mesmo fazendo a manutenção, em um curto período todos os buracos voltam.
UnsplashNo caso da saúde pública, é complicado, porque os hospitais de Goiânia (capital do estado onde moro) até possuem uma boa qualidade e prestam um bom atendimento, mas o que acontece é que as pessoas do entorno, do interior do estado não possuem muitos postos de saúde ou grandes hospitais, com isso, a maioria dessas pessoas são enviadas para Goiânia para tratarem o seu problema gerando uma superlotação e escassez de recursos, com isso, até uma simples consulta demora horas para ser realizada, por conta do quadro de funcionários atual em relação à demanda de atender praticamente um estado inteiro aqui.
Com isso, se torna precária a saúde, até mesmo em postos de saúdes de bairros, que deveriam atender justamente ali, a localidade perto deles, mas não é bem assim que funciona. Juntando tudo isso, sempre tem problemas com falta de remédios, recursos, unidades de saúde precárias e dentre outras coisas, por isso, a saúde parece ser sempre uma dor de cabeça para todos e algo que nunca melhora ou é resolvido. Mesmo com as atualizações de sistema, informatização, muitos lugares ficam carentes do básico, um remédio para dor de cabeça ou um soro para aplicar, quando você precisa, não tem! Então, este problema é recorrente, mas ninguém nunca consegue resolvê-lo por completo.
Com isso, o que nos resta fazer é tentar achar um caminho melhor por nós mesmos, um lugar onde o trânsito esteja um pouco melhor e a qualidade das ruas ou estradas seja maior, não é fácil e costuma ser um grande desafio. No caso, tento sempre sair um pouco antes ou depois do horário de pico, por exemplo, meu expediente acaba às 18 horas, mas costumo sair do trabalho as 18:30 por que assim já alivia um pouco mais. Na questão da saúde o jeito é trabalhar muito para conseguir pagar um plano de saúde ou tentar sempre se cuidar para evitar ficar doente ou se machucar de uma forma mais grave. Esperando por dias melhores, parece que isso é a única coisa que nos resta fazer.
