I’m a newbie here and this post is really helpful for me to understand the guidelines I need to follow upon joining this community. Thank you for posting clear and straightforward rules so I can be guided accordingly. I am looking forward to posting my gardening experiences here and sharing a piece of my heart in my every post as well. Yes, gardening has been my form of therapy in my healing journey from postpartum anxiety. I found solace in my mini garden at home and regained my confidence after a year of immersing myself in planting. I believe that plants are not planted just for human consumption but also for some forms of psychological therapy – biophilia, as they call it. Connecting with nature gives us a sense of peace and emotional balance, so I never doubt its power to heal people suffering from mental exhaustion.
