1. Reconoce cuánto vales
Construir una relación sana contigo mismo comienza con el primer paso y se forja día a día. Lo primero que puedes hacer es reconocer cuánto vales, y entender que tu valor no está determinado por tus logros, cuánto dinero posees, cuántas relaciones tienes o cómo te ven los demás.
Eres valioso simplemente por ser quien eres y es importante aceptarte tal como eres con dos palabras que, aunque parezcan repetitivas y mil veces mencionadas, son necesarias: autoaceptación y amor.

1. Recognize your worth
Building a healthy relationship with yourself starts with the first step and is forged day by day. The first thing you can do is recognize your worth and understand that your value is not determined by your achievements, how much money you have, how many relationships you have, or how others see you.
You are valuable simply for being who you are, and it is important to accept yourself as you are with two words that, although they may seem repetitive and mentioned a thousand times, are necessary: self-acceptance and love.
Avoid thoughts like: It's not for me, I don't deserve it or Good things don't happen to me. These thoughts limit your ability to recognize your intrinsic value and live a full life.

2. Self-compassion
