Uno de los deseos personales con mayor demanda en la actualidad es emprender, todos queremos ser pequeños empresarios y desarrollar una idea de negocio, pero ¿qué sucede cuando no llega esa idea para crear algo novedoso que nos inspire?, aparecen los pensamientos de frustración que desplazan ese pequeño deseo de emprender, pudiera ser el fin de algo que no inició, o también pudiera ser la motivación para buscar esos recursos que nos ayude a encontrar esa llama ardiente que posee el espíritu del emprendedor.

Después de afrontar muchos desafíos por las crisis económicas y políticas que han pasado los venezolanos podemos decir que este país es una tierra de creadores, no hay dificultad que no superemos siempre reinventándonos para salir adelante y es una tierra fértil de personas con ganas de salir adelante, por eso hay empresas privadas que tienen esperanzas para sembrar esa semilla en nuestros corazones, entre ellas esta las empresas Polar, que todo venezolano conoce por sus rubros de alimentos que están presente en cada casa, pero si no eres de Venezuela tal vez no las conozcas.
After facing many challenges due to the economic and political crises that Venezuelans have gone through, we can say that this country is a land of creators, there is no difficulty that we do not overcome, always reinventing ourselves to get ahead and it is a fertile land of people with the desire to get ahead, that is why there are private companies that have hopes to sow that seed in our hearts, among them is the Polar companies, which every Venezuelan knows for its food items that are present in every home, but if you are not from Venezuela you may not know them.
Esta empresa inició con la famosa creación de la Harina de maíz PAN, llegando a todas las mesas con la arepa luego crearon la cerveza más popular la negra y después varios tipos de alimentos como mantequilla, arroz, pasta, refrescos, dulces, son muchos los productos que crearon en mi país con calidad de exportación y ahora tienen una fundación que se dedica a impartir capacitaciones a todas las personas que sueñen con un futuro mejor. Hace mucho tiempo había escuchado de sus cursos y por más que indague y busque información por su página web no pude inscribirme en ninguno.
This company began with the famous creation of PAN corn flour, reaching every table with the arepa, then they created the most popular beer, the black one, and then several types of food such as butter, rice, pasta, soft drinks, sweets, there are many products that they created in my country with export quality and now they have a foundation that is dedicated to provide training to all people who dream of a better future. I had heard about their courses a long time ago and no matter how much I searched and looked for information on their website I could not enroll in any of them.
Dicen que el tiempo de Dios es perfecto y también hay refrán que reza el profesor aparece cuando el alumno está preparado, y ya lo creó, ya que por casualidad mirando los estados de WhatsApp de una amiga me enteré de estos cursos y a través de ella pude ingresar al último grupo de 70 personas que recibiría esta formación. Él registró, lo hice rápido, ya que una vez que se abren las plazas se acaban las vacantes, eso porque mi amiga me dijo que no lo dejará para después y por poco lo hago.
They say that God's timing is perfect and there is also saying that the teacher appears when the student is ready, and already created it, since by chance looking at the WhatsApp statuses of a friend I found out about these courses and through her I was able to enter the last group of 70 people who would receive this training. He registered, I did it quickly, since once the places are opened the vacancies are over, that because my friend told me not to leave it for later and I almost did it.
Esta formación es larga, pero el primer nivel consta de 3 clases en los horarios de 8 a. m. a 12 pmm. Este curso se titula “Quiero emprender, pero….” El lugar donde lo dan queda en el centro y es perfecto para mí. Yo estaba segura de querer formarme, pues tenía tiempo sin asistir a un curso presencial, pero después me invadía el espíritu del impostor, voces que me negué a escuchar y seguí asistiendo a la formación.
This training is long, but the first level consists of 3 classes from 8 am to 12 pm. This course is called "I want to start a business, but ....". The place where they give it is in the center and it is perfect for me. I was sure I wanted to take the course, as I hadn't attended an in-person course for a long time, but then I was invaded by the spirit of the impostor, voices that I refused to listen to and I continued attending the training.
En la primera clase nos presentamos y la mayoría presentó también sus negocios y emprendimientos sintiéndome algo desubicada, ya que no tengo ningún emprendimiento, pero los que estaban como yo, pudimos hablar de nuestras experiencias en este mundo, aunque no lo mencioné desde pequeña en casa vendí helados, luego productos de belleza gran parte de mi vida hasta llegar a la universidad, recordar esos momentos en mi vida me dieron seguridad para permanecer allí.
In the first class we introduced ourselves and most also presented their businesses and ventures feeling somewhat misplaced, since I do not have any entrepreneurship, but those who were like me, we could talk about our experiences in this world, although I did not mention it since I was little at home I sold ice cream, then beauty products much of my life until I reached the university, remembering those moments in my life gave me security to stay there.
Ese día reconocimos nuestros miedos y también las cualidades que debe tener un emprendedor, además de llevarnos tarea a casa y material para leer durante la semana. Reconocer que todos pasamos por los mismos miedos fue bueno, también definimos que es un emprender y traigo el concepto de una de las láminas del curso.
“Emprendedor es quien, a partir de una idea innovadora, saca adelante por sus propios medios un proyecto en el que cree apasionadamente, busca la manera de materializarlo, y asume los riesgos y consecuencias que esto significa.”
That day we recognized our fears and also the qualities that an entrepreneur must have, besides taking home home homework and material to read during the week. Recognizing that we all go through the same fears was good, we also defined what an entrepreneur is and I bring the concept from one of the slides of the course.
"Entrepreneur is the one who, starting from an innovative idea, takes forward by his own means a project in which he passionately believes, looks for the way to materialize it, and assumes the risks and consequences that this means."
En la segunda clase, se dialogó sobre la tarea y expusimos nuestros pensamientos y experiencia haciendo la actividad. En ella encontramos las creencias limitantes y buscamos la forma de cambiarlas para seguir adelante. Me gustó hacer esta tarea aunque fue dolorosa reconocer cuál ha sido el lenguaje con el que crecí de mis figuras de poder donde siempre se dijo que los ricos eran malos, o estaban completos, que conseguir el dinero es muy difícil y sacrificado, que se consigue con mucho sudor y lágrimas, y paradójicamente mire varias veces a mi padre emprender y fracasar o sentirse frustrado por no lograr sus metas, después de verlo eufórico, ese cambio de emociones siempre me afectó y me paralizó ante el deseo de crear algo.
In the second class, we discussed the task and presented our thoughts and experience doing the activity. In it we found the limiting beliefs and looked for ways to change them in order to move forward. I enjoyed doing this task although it was painful to recognize what has been the language I grew up with from my power figures where it was always said that the rich were bad, or complete, that getting money is very difficult and sacrificed, that it is achieved with much sweat and tears, and paradoxically I watched several times my father undertake and fail or feel frustrated for not achieving his goals, after seeing him euphoric, that change of emotions always affected me and paralyzed me before the desire to create something.
En la última clase creí que nos dirían quién avanzaría a la segunda etapa. Yo estaba nerviosa, aunque en mis intervenciones el grupo parecía estar a gusto porque siempre me ovacionaban, me sentía insegura. Sin embargo, todo pasamos a la siguiente formación y es que estoy en un grupo muy talentoso. Ese día le dimos cierre a esos tres talleres, vimos los que nos espera de seguir formándonos y también hicimos nuestro compartir de Navidad. Nos organizamos de tal forma que la mesa se llenó, la mayoría de los mismos alimentos que ellos producen en sus negocios.
In the last class I thought we would be told who would advance to the second stage. I was nervous, although in my interventions the group seemed to be at ease because they always gave me a standing ovation, I felt insecure. However, we all moved on to the next formation and I am in a very talented group. That day we gave closure to those three workshops, we saw what awaits us to continue training and we also did our Christmas sharing. We organized ourselves in such a way that the table was full, most of the same food that they produce in their businesses.
Desde Ceviche y Sushi, que es el mejor que he probado, de la mano de una chica que aprendió su preparación cuando emigró a Aruba y ahora regresó a su país a emprender, hasta pasteles deliciosos y dulces nuevos para mí. Ese día quedamos demasiado satisfechos y felices de la responsabilidad que cada uno tuvo. A mí me tocó llevar tequeños y no los hice, los compré, pero me quedaron muy bien fritos 🤣😅.
El próximo año les estaré contando cómo va mi formación y el desarrollo de mi idea de emprendimiento. Estoy feliz por cerrar este año con cosas nuevas que he aprendido. From Ceviche and Sushi, which is the best I have ever tasted, from the hand of a girl who learned its preparation when she emigrated to Aruba and now returned to her country to undertake, to delicious cakes and sweets new to me. That day we were very satisfied and happy with the responsibility that each one of us had. It was my turn to bring tequeños and I didn't make them, I bought them, but they were very well fried 🤣😅.
