How are you all doing? We are almost into the Easter holidays weekend and warmed up in the mood of celebration 🎉, especially being around our families and loved ones 🥰 while celebrating 🥳

Today a friend of mine visited for lunch 🥗 after the field work we had and I decided to treat her to a refreshing drink of cucumber 🥒, lemon 🍋 and ginger since the weather was a bit warm from few days back rain ☔️. And because she loves cucumber, she was indeed so delighted 😃.

Cucumber 🥒 juice is the perfect way to beat the heat, whether in summer or during heat wave . A very classic vegetable know for their invigorating quality . In this cucumber juice recipe, I have combined cucumber with the cooling flavors of lemon 🍋 and some crushed ginger.

Cucumbers are full of vitamins C and K, as well as antioxidants, fiber, and several different kinds of minerals . All of these nutrients help keep your body working in too-top shape.

Here are the step by step for this healthy drink 🍸

.# INGREDIENTS:

3/4 of large cucumber
1/2 of a lemon
1/4 of a thumb of ginger
11/2 glasses of spring water
1 tablespoon of premium sugar

STEPS FOR PREPARATION:

Step 1.

First is to wash and sterilize the cucumber.

Then cut the cucumber into two and strip to square dice them.

Step 2.

The lemon 🍋 I will peel , deseed and cut thinly.

And crush the ginger here above

Step 3.

Having the three ingredients readily here above.

Step 4.

To blend I will add the diced cucumber 🥒, the lemon, ginger, sugar and water into the blender

And gradually will blend to obtain a smoothie here.

And sieve the blended smoothie here to obtain a pure juice.

Then serve it into a glass cup here above

.The biggest benefit of cucumber 🥒 juice is that its extremely hydrating . Cucumbers are about 95% water, and the hydration helps regulate the body’s temperature and waste disposal
