And am still wondering 💭 where the month of September ran to because I can’t believe we are already into October. But what can be better then the year going smoothly with good health as we keep the energy alive.
And as the year keep going, the weather keeps changing too which is why I made this recipe of a healthy pineapple 🍍 banana 🍌 smoothie to share with you. Yes, because I have not made smoothie for a while now due to the cold 🥶 weather from my end that is gradually phasing off.
Have you ever tried making pineapple banana smoothie with vanilla flavors? This is indeed a delight I will share with you because it was so satisfying for lunch the way I planed it. A simple combination without time consuming once you bring the ingredients together.
Here I show you the steps for preparing this delight you will love ❤️.
INGREDIENTS:
1/4 of a full pineapple
2 large finger bananas
1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon of premium sugar
1 glass of spring water
STEPS FOR PREPARATION:
Step 1.
I will start preparation by first cutting the pineapple into chunks, then dice it into small squares .
Step 2.
Will peel and slice the bananas in rounds.
Step 3.
Here we have the base ingredients readily.
Step 4.
To blend this delightful combination I will first add the pineapple 🍍 into the blender, added the banana 🍌, the vanilla extract.
Then the cinnamon, the sugar and finally the water .
Step 5.
Next I will blend the combined ingredients into a smoothie.
Step 6.
And will serve into a jug making it readily to be refrigerated after serving.
How healthy and delicious. Pineapple banana with vanilla and some cinnamon spice . Its awesome and an amazing delight for lunch when we want to stay light all afternoon working. Or even when lunch is not ready at hone. I will refrigerate and keep it chilled for satisfying feeling. Hope you enjoyed this recipe and will want to try it out .
