My main takeaway is that the global talent recruitment officer is stressing on the accreditation from the industry, specifically in S. The panellists share that the degree and certificate taking seat back to the practical skills. Therefore, we must pursue for the extra certification beyond curriculum scope, providing us with different perspectives from different fields.

Therefore, it's imperative for us to actively pursue additional certifications beyond our academic curriculum.
