With the development of #Leothreads, we all can start to apply some creativity to the platform. There is the base development yet we can start to hashtag things in a way that add utility to the feature set already in place.
For example, we discuss the idea of #Threadcasts. These are threads built around a specific event. It is a rather simple concept.
Let us say, for example, there is a match between Manchester United And Man City. A #threadcast could be start by simply posting a #thread. Then each person who is involved could open the thread and reply. Hopefully we see some upgrades to the system which will allow for a smoother form of communication.

Leoideas
With that, here is another concept that could be helpful. Fortunately, this requires no upgrading from the development team. Actually, it is a great way to enhance what they are doing.
We all know how hard it is to get ideas put forth. Many have them and simply post them in #threads. However, like most things they can get lost. Here is where #leoideas comes in.
Hive is a decentralized database. Why not use it as such? For this reason, if we have ideas, lets post them on chain. That way we can get them across while also creating a repository of the ones we come up with.
This actually provides utility. Since many of us can come up with the most obvious ideas, it only makes sense to see if that is already posted.
So how would this work?
It is rather simple. We start by using #LeoThreads to post the idea. For example, let us say I have the idea of creating skins on Leofinance. This is what I would send out as a #thread. At the same time, in the thread would have #leoideas.
Now we have the idea on chain with a repository along with tagging. Khal and the rest of the team could simply check the #leoideas hashtag to see what was added. At the same time, individuals could scroll through to see what was proposed and, perhaps, the answers.
Another example is the idea of filtering. This is something many people posted about. Talk about having an amazing grasp of the obvious. For some reason, after almost a month, people think they are the only ones to propose this idea? Not to be blunt but it is like saying the sky is blue. The team is well aware of the need to filter #threads.
Fortunately, it is being worked on. With the concept of #leoindeas, we could check to see what the answer was to that idea. If we had this, we could clearly see that it is coming in one of the next updates.
Anything To Do With Leo
It is time to start using what Leo provides.
There is no reason why the concept apply only to LeoThreads. People have good ideas regarding Polycub, Leofinance, and most of the other apps. Having a go to place where Khal can engage makes it a lot easier.
If we start using this hashtag for our suggestions, the team can get in the habit of searching that tag along with answering. It is also a way to get most activity going within #threads.
Community feedback is crucial. However, it is also vital that we get some of this stuff off Discord. People are too apt to use that as their default instead of engaging in Leofinance. This is a problem since chatting on Discord does little to help Leofinance.
Thus, if the development team is in the habit of searching out the suggestions in #leoideas, then those who want to have a say will have to take to #threads.
We are getting more tools at our disposal. It is not up to us to start using them.
