Cryptos are currently getting some crazy attention from investors than most other traditional investments but can it truly overtake and dominate traditional investment? While it's a sure thing that cryptos are is the future imof finance and will some day completely prevail over fiat because that's infact one of the reasons for its invention, I kinda have some doubts on if it will ever have take over traditional investments and here is why.
While we can invest in cryptocurrencies, invest in some NFt and projects in the metaverse, traditional investments are somewhat bigger than we may think which includes investments in real estate where people actually live, lands for future infrastructures, agriculture to sustain our lives, Energy and Power, Metals, Commodities, Crude Oil, Stocks and Bonds etc all put together which is currently estimated to be worth quadrillion.
There has been prediction of cryptos taking over traditional investments by some big crypto companies, but I think they mean traditional investments, they mean stocks and investments with banks which are definitely gonna be dominated by cryptos in a few years, but the entire global traditional investments doesn't seem likely.
One other key thing to note is that people actually reinvest whatever profits they've made from cryptos into some of these traditional investments which sustain us and gives us a better life.
While cryptos are currently one of the most lucrative forms of investments and if not the most lucrative, I'm not entire certain it would take over global traditional investments...but it definitely have complete dominance over some certain aspects of traditional investments like stocks and bonds in the coming years.
