From the post made by @starstrings01 on how to be able to set goals and achieve them on Hive, I have learned quite a few new things and strategies which has helped me set realistic goals and not build castles in the air. Although for me those tips can be applied to life outside Hive.
I believe I am one of the fortunate ones to partake in the collaboration - the first of its kind - between the Newbies initiative and Hive learners communities. However, considering the first task given here to highlight my goals for the duration of this program by answering some questions.
Let's get on with it, shall we?
What are your Hive goals by the End of the Initiative (In 3 months) in terms of HivePower, followers, comments & engagements and any other Hive-related goals you have in mind?
At the time of this post, I have a reputation of 58,Hive Power of
92.725 and 56 followers. First, in terms of HivePower, I project that it'll increase by 100 more totaling to about 192 HP. Before the end of this program, I will have added at least 30 new followers and get a reputation of 61.
Coming down to the aspects of comments and engagements, I will be stepping up the game here by engaging at least 15 posts per day and at the same time exploring other ones as the case may be. Lastly, in everything I do on the chain, I will make sure to have fun and enjoy myself. 😁
You may be wondering how I come about these goals. Well, I didn't just pluck them from trees! That brings us to the next question.
How do you plan to achieve them?
So far, I'd say I have been off and on here and I have not explore communities more for a while now. So now I will check out about 3 or 4 communities and be verily active in them in terms of contents and engagements. This is not that I will neglect the others but concentrate more time on the chosen.
Lately, I have been averagely publishing about 4 posts in a week and rewards of about 8HP rewards. So, I am planning on stepping up to at least 5 posts per week and using the above information as a foundation, that is about 10HP per week. This equates to 100HP in the space of the remaining weeks. Also, I am looking forward to the subsequent Power Up Days which I will also blog about as time goes on; all to increase my Hive Power.

I also believe through consistent engagements and activity on the chain, and at least 15 posts per day (as said above), curating content in the little way I can; the number of followers will be added on. And I'd be increasing the time I'd spend on the platform by just a little more. But what I will emphasize is to maximize the time I spend here as much as possible.
What challenges do you think you may likely face trying to attain these goals??
-Roy T. Bennett, The Light in the Heart
However, there has been some hindrance to my being active on this platform. One of the major challenges is Time, it is now as though 24 hours isn't enough anymore. Although, I am still working on myself in the aspect of time management. You know Hive is just one of the many engagements I have but like I said I'd work on it the more.
In terms of power supply, where I stay now is riddled with an epileptic power supply and now, my phone's battery is almost nothing to write home about. Although I am saving up to get a power bank and later on get a new phone.
I hereby use this medium to appreciate the efforts of the management of the @newbies-hive and @hive-learners communities.
Thanks for reading my goals for the next couple of months.
