Hello everyone,
Gods Unchained recently hosted something that is pretty unique and never seen before to the game. It is a 4 weeks event, where each week you have a certain quest that you can play on your daily play 2 earn games, and depending on what rank you end up at the end of the week you get a certain reward!
Now this is the very first time I experience such event, and I am pretty sure a lot of other people do, but it can make the game a little bit more interesting for those couple of weeks to say the least and add a little spice to it!
Now the very first quest for this week was to play a deck containing only cards with 5 or less mana! Which means a very aggressive deck to use, and that can be a little hard to achieve without a budget. Because of this we will mostly see a lot of deception, War and a little bit of nature since they are the best gods for such type of decks.
Now for nature and deception to work, you might need a little bit of a budget deck, however, the 2 decks I will be sharing today are war decks that can get good results and at the same time are somewhat budget friendly and not so expensive! There will be 2 versions, 1 cheap and another a bit more expensive but still affordable I would say!
First deck
This deck is going to be the cheaper one with a cost of 30$! Aggro war is still very effective without the need to pay a lot for expensive cards and this deck is one of those! The expensive cards that you might need to get are the following:
Oddi, Valka's Herald (13.33$ or 44 GODS)
This card is really crucial for such decks, not only the effect of it is really good but also having a 3/2 with protected for 3 mana that can help get extra damage in is really important. This card is good to buy because it is present in almost all war decks!
Commander Pyros (5.51$ or 18 GODS)
This card can help this deck very much to get extra strength and thus extra damage! If you are able to add it do so if not you can maybe replace it with a Thunder Caller for example or any strong 3 mana creatures!
Foolhardy Berserker (2.08$ or 6.8 GODS)
The third card is not very expensive yet probably a card that you do not own because it is a genesis card! It costs 2.08$ at the moment and can help you so much early on to get huge damage on your opponent face and end the game so definitely buy it if you can!
Second Deck
Now this a little bit more of an expensive version of the first deck, yet more effective in my opinion. The added card have a good effect on the outcome of the game and can help so much to finish the game as much as possible! This deck has a cost of 55$ but definitely feel a bit more safe to play with the addition of these cards:
Master Tactician (14.85$ or 48 GODS)
Now this is the most expensive card in both decks but to be honest it is the most important one I would say. The protected on this creature gives it a huge chance to survive a turn, thus giving it a buff and making it do more face damage and the other more important thing is giving flank to your other creatures!
War suffers a lot with frontlines and with this card plus the Longship it will give you more chance to get face damage in! This card is very versatile and very worth adding if owned!
Leviathan Hunter and Sharpen (12 GODS and 4 GODS)
These cards go along well to add extra damage to the relic which gives more face damage despite the creature being easy to remove but you need all the damage you can get and this is another addition of a relic which can help a lot!
Deathsworn Raider (1.89$ or 6.2 GODS)
Yet another really good addition that can give an extra important buff to your creatures and have a good strength itself! You can add this also to the first deck, but it works better here for the addition of the protected cards!
Final Words
ā
I have personally tried the first deck, and it worked out pretty decent to me, on the first day I was able to get 5 wins, which could have been better if I played better in some games but it definitely was a good one seeing how much the deck is worth!
But of course I would say that the second one seems a bit more effective and efficient yet more expensive, so go for the one that you can afford and get those wins so you can place at the top 8 and get those fat rewards! Anyone who is used to pilot aggro war or aggro decks in general should do well with these 2 decks!
That was it for this post, I hope they were helpful in any way, I will always try my best to only bring the best decks out there and try whatever I can first and share them with you all to make you get the best results that you can! Other than that be sure to drop a follow if you like my content I would really appreciate it and good luck on your quests and see you all on the next one!
Mad Love, Peace out <3
