Las verduras salteadas son para mi una forma rápida de preparar una cena ligera, por eso me encanta prepararla, hoy les enseño una de las muchas que preparo que es un salteado de espinacas, pimientos y tomate. Lo bueno de esta preparación es que necesitamos pocos ingredientes, además es muy nutritiva, ya que las verduras nos aportan muchos nutrientes. Te aseguro que no te arrepentirás de prepararla porque se convertirá en tu favorita. Anímate y prepárala. Aquí te dejamos el paso a paso.
100 grams of spinach, 01 onion, 01 bell pepper, 02 tomatoes, 01 teaspoon of ground garlic, 01 tablespoon of paprika, 01 tablespoon of soy sauce, salt and pepper to taste.
