His answer was convincing and he told us that he combines the Arabica variety with the Robusta, that the Arabica is very good too, but that the secret of that and all coffee drinks is in the love with which it is made and in taking care of each one. of the details.
Watching him prepare the Cappuccino I asked him about each of the ingredients and he told me that as I could see it had milk, coffee and cream or heavy cream. Once its preparation was completed, they could add cinnamon or cocoa, according to each person's taste.
It is incredible the mastery and skill acquired by this barista in the preparation of Cappuccino, which, as he told us at the end of our stay, is the favorite drink of all the tourists and residents who visit this facility.
