Like Spring flowers, crypto prices rise through the thawing ground of this long crypto winter, to the immense delight of everyone...š·
As most of you have likely noticed by this point, coin and token values in relation to fiat currencies like the US Dollar are continuing to rise across the crypto market. BTC reached $35,000 again, and seems to be pulling the whole cryptosphere up with it. Since I have sizeable holdings of DOGE and SWAP.DOGE on BitForex and Hive Engine, I've been watching their fiat values very closely, as they are moving into very good ranges for me to be able to sell at a good profit, which will allow me to buy a very nice amount of HIVE to power up.
I don't know if this is a crypto Spring or just a nice balmy spell in the middle of this long Winter, but I do know that I'm very much appreciating the notable rise in crypto values in comparison to fiat, that have been steadily climbing all week. If I sold my DOGE/SWAP.DOGE holdings now, I'd end up with a bit over 2,000 HIVE, which is not bad at all, but I know I can do better, which is why I'm waiting a little longer, and watching prices closely.
As I've mentioned previously, watching crypto prices, especially when I have a good amount of assets hanging in the balance, is rather nerve wracking and stressful, which is why I don't do it often. While the prices will likely continue fluctuating, they seem to me on a clear upward trajectory, which is what makes me pause on selling just yet. If the BTC spot ETF is approved, then crypto prices across the market will probably skyrocket, with the potential of one trillion dollars being added to the crypto market cap. That would definitely change the crypto landscape a bit.
The fiat currency system is a huge scam, of course, so take anything that you hear from anything 'mainstream' about it with a massive dose of salt, but opportunities do present themselves from time to time, like what is now happening in the crypto market, that allow us to leverage such events in a way that we are strongly benefitted. Whatever I make from my sale of DOGE/SWAP.DOGE will be invested in the Hive Blockchain Ecosystem, as to me it is by far the best possible investment that I could make, hands down.
I left the Flow House yesterday earlier than usual, around 2:30PM, after wrapping up my Hive essential tasks, and catching up on my voluminous notifications a bit. I walked around the property for a short while, taking photos for this post, before finally devoting myself to a few hours of land work. My task yesterday entailed helping Ano with the final stages of rebuilding the Octagon. We carried quite a heavy wooden-pallet bed frame from Shiva-Shakti across the propto the Octagon, and I did a good round of stapling the mosquito screen around the base of the structure, to secure it properly. There remains very little work left to do on the Octagon, which is excellent. So that's two older structures rebuilt this year, making both more usable and beautiful.
After working, I took a shower, got food supplies from Tutu's, made myself some food, got food for my kitten friend, and then I returned to the Flow House for my evening round of Hive catch-up and tasks. I had a lot of catching up to do, and while I got most of it done, I had to leave some for today. I went to sleep when I couldn't keep my eyes open any longer, around 12AM. I slept pretty well, waking up later than usual, around 7:30AM, and starting immediately on a round of token management, before finally getting out of bed around 8:15AM, to go make my superfood fire coffee.
I pulled myself away from watching DOGE/SWAP.DOGE prices to write this post, and I'll continue to monitor them throughout the day. It's approaching 12:45PM now, so it's a good time to end this post, so that I can get to my afternoon round of essential Hive tasks and a bit more catch-up, before going to do more land work in the later afternoon.
