I live naked and barefooted, very close to Earth and Nature, in an 18-acre, off-grid, clothing-optional, food-forest intentional community (GaiaYoga Gardens), way out in the jungles of Lower Puna, far East Big Island, Hawai'i, and I have for more than 5 years now. Although there are many challenges, I love my life, and I'm immensely grateful to live where and how I do, on my own terms! I would not want to live any other way! 😁🙏💚⚡💥🔥✴️✳️❇️👣🌱✨🤙
Warm greetings all! 😁🙏💚✨🤙
As I've mentioned in my recent posts, my healing session work with women (deep, integral energy-body-tantric healing work) is very notably picking up in frequency once again, which is a truly wonderful thing, both for me, and for the women with whom I work. Since the session ball started rolling again, I've given three sessions, two full sessions, to Nadia and Amelia, and one shorter more focused-work session, to Melekai yesterday. Melekai also expressed the desire to do more regular sessions with me.
Today, Saturday, I have a full session scheduled with Harmony, who was quite insistent about wanting a session ASAP. Harmony and I know and trust each other, and I've worked with her in sessions several times already, so I feel very relaxed and easeful about her session today. After her session, I have Kula's session on Wednesday. Kula is also another woman with whom I've worked in sessions many times, and where there is solid trust and good rapport.
My healing work with women is very clearly part of my purpose and mission on earth, and when it gets flowing, it soon becomes a powerful river, with me often having a challenging time allocating time to give sessions to all the women that want them, especially when they start recommending me to their friends and family. I always find a way to make it work, though.
Yesterday I led Sarah through the first part of my Energy Exercises, though we started later than expected, and she didn't have much free time that day, so we weren't able to get too deep into the practice. It felt really good to finally jump back into leading, teaching, and doing these potent practices again. My mind is being filled with these sorts of integral practices, both ones I've learned and already know, and new ones that keep coming to me through inspiration. Yesterday I mentioned the main components of what I've come to call my Energy Practices, but I've also created other groups of practices, like my spinal practice, and a sequence for stretching the legs and hips, that are equally important and useful. If I tried to string them all together into one practice session, especially if I'm also describing, explaining, and demostrating each movement, it can easily go over two hours, which is not at all convenient, because it becomes much more challenging to do such extended practice sessions regularly. I'm coming to see that in reality I have multiple modular clusters or groups of practices, both those from others, as well as those I've created myself, that could be added or removed in any particular practice session, as time permits.
Sarah and I set multiple tentative days to meet up to practice together again, hopefully with more time available, so that we are able to do a more in-depth practices for a longer periods of time. I feel excitement around this, because I know how powerful and transformative these practices are, especially when done regularly, over and extended time. I'm happy to be getting this integral-practice ball rolling again too, and I look forward to continuing to tweak, refine, and improve it as I go. I have the intention to both get my own personal practice solid again, and to get into teaching and leading regular practice sessions for people here. It will be one step at a time, but the first step has already been taken.
After my session with Melekai yesterday, Friday, I strained out kefir for my kefir-honey-cinnamon-cacao blend, dropped off a quart of my kefir blend with Sperry, shared a nice conversation with Sperry and Susie while I was there, took the rest of the photos for this post (I took some in the morning), and I went over movement sequences before meeting up with Sarah for our practice session. With all that, I wasn't able to get any land work done, but what I did do was also important, so I feel good about it.
After the practice session with Sarah, and after helping to sooth her adorable dog Rocky after he got stung by a bee on his front-right paw, I grabbed my leftover superfood fire coffee from the Landing fridge, and I headed back to the Flow House for my evening round of Hive tasks and catching up on my notifications. I listened to an excellent interview by Tucker Carlson with Mike Benz, as well as a great broadcast from Mike Adams, as I worked on Hive. I was able to finish everything by just after 9:30PM, and after a round of token management, I checked in on Bastyon, DeSo, and X, and then I went to bed just a little after 11:15PM. I did sleep well until around 3:30PM, then unable to sleep, in part because I had integral practice sequences buzzing around in my mind, I did a round of token management, I completed @benthomaswwd's @heartbeatonhive contest, and then I began writing this post. I wanted to get it done and published before I got out of bed to go make my superfood fire coffee.
It's now just after 8:30AM, so it's a fantastic, and much-earlier-than-usual time, to end this post, so that I can go make my superfood fire coffee, and then get a few important Hive tasks done before my session with Harmony. I deeply appreciate you all very much! Until tomorrow! Forward, onward, and upward, joyfully together! 😁 🙏 💚 ✨ 🤙
