From the birth, the process of learning and adaptation starts for humans. They learn from many things and many people. This learning helps them form philosophies of life and lead a life according to those philosophies. The mother’s lap is the first school of every human. The process of learning starts from here. Not only about the aspects of life but he learns about ethics, morals, and intelligence as well. The father’s role also inscribes indelible marks on the child’s mind.
Parenting is an amazing and gleeful sort of feeling. We reproduce not only because we are indulged in sexual activities or just want to add more humans. We want to see our DNA to proceed. DNA forms a very strong and beautiful bond full of feelings of love, emotions, and the urge to sacrifice. Some, due to any psychological or physiological disorder, may not be keeping genuine love for their kids otherwise love, care and concern for one’s kids is in instincts.
The parent’s concern and over-influencing nature sometimes affect the healthy personality growth of their kids. In my family and my society, I have seen many parents interfering in the decisions of their kids, objectifying their ideas and keeping them under their shade rather than giving them a free hand to fly. What does it do? It erodes the leadership and management qualities of their kids. As they remain under constant surveillance, their ability to make rational decisions is destroyed because they are not allowed to make decisions and if they do and fail, they are castigated instead of encouraged to learn and overcome past mistakes.
In many cases, I have seen interferences in study decisions, career matters, and marriage affairs. Their interference is only because of their peerless love and care for their kids but their such type of influencing love does more harm than good. Their protective attitude towards their kids retard their abilities to face odd times and they always feel demure, hesitant, and reluctant. Their natural personality is destroyed and they become mere puppets of codes, decisions, and principles by their parents.
But in the meantime, there are such parents as well who are heedless towards the upbringing of their kids. They produce and nourish them but they do not pay attention to their upbringing and leave them on their own. Interference is a huge word, such parents do not even assist their kids in decisions that need their assistance and resultingly either the kid spoils and indulges in harmful activities or feeling deprived and can’t run in a life race due to the absence of support and confidence from their parents. Kids themselves face the odd times because their parents do not discuss life matters with them.

My personal thoughts:
Parents play a very vital role in the lives of kids. The parent's behavior with each other and with their kids and parents' mindset shape the personality of their kids as well. A slight change may cause a huge impact. Parenting for me is an art that demands a very rational and shrewd approach. It starts with teaching, leads to letting them fly and hunt, and then also demands healing the kids if they get hurt in their flights instead of castigating or censuring them. I will be the biggest friend of my kids. I will be a friend they will be looking to have so that they don’t have to find it outside. Instead of mounting study pressure, I will let them work on their skills. Instead of imposing my will on them, I will consult with them on different topics. Through this not only their insight will increase but they will be able to freely express themselves and their reluctance and hesitance will diminish.
Conclusion:
The best way is always a balanced way. To form a balance, the parents must stop over-interference. They must teach their kids. They must make them choose the right path through those teachings rather than them brutfully directing them on desired path. To keep them energetic ,they must engage them in healthy life activities and test their rational-decision-making ability by subjecting them through different odd activities. The parents must respect their privacy and instead of sneaking in ,such atmosphere should be provided to them that kids themselves open up before them and this is how a heakth relationship can be formed.
