- Total Packs: 3,000,000
- Cards: 43 cards in total, 13 common, 12 rare, 6 epic (Summoners), and 12 legendary (including 5 airdrops, not including the limited edition promo card)
- Pricing: $5.00 USD worth of SPS (at current external market pricing) + 1 VOUCHER
From the above, we can see that just 3 million Rifwatchers pack would ever be available and from previous records, all the packs may get sol out within the first week of the presale just like it happened with the Licensees. With the huge bonus package as contained in the update, trust me, the whale investors in Splinterlands won't let the Riftwatchera packs remain, not a single day. See bonus details below:
Bonus Packs: Bulk purchases of Riftwatchers packs in a single transaction will be eligible for bonus packs at the rates below for a cost of 1 VOUCHER token per bonus pack: (a) 100+ packs = 10% bonus packs (b) 500+ packs = 15% bonus packs (c) 2000+ packs = 20% bonus packs.
Combining the Riftwatchers presale with an airdrop already tell s how straegic the Splinterlands team is to ensure the whole packs are sold out within few days of presale. it has been boldly captured that for every 1000 packs purchased during the presale players will receive a custom in-game title of "The Watcher".

Going by the present SPS price, that would mean that about 250 million SPS would be out of circulation before the end of September on account of Riftwatchers presale.
I see a very calculated strategy to create a huge demand for SPS for three main reasons:
- To increase one's SPS stake as the DAO rewards would increase
- To own as much Rifwatchers packs as possible
- To enjoy the airdrop of bonus Riftwatchers cards
Trust me, a $1 $SPS is around the corner.
The entire cryptoverse is in the middle of the bear run but its awesome to see how Splinterlands seeks to create an outstanding trend for the $SPS token in the next few weeks with its superb marketing strategy.
