Espero que todos hayan pasado una linda semana y pasen un fin de semana bastante descansados. En esta ocasión les comparto una deliciosa receta de arroz con vegetales y guisantes. Últimamente, he estado intentando preparar recetas nuevas o variadas para almorzar distintos platillos y también, como dije hace unas semanas, para no solo traer recetas dulces, ya que luego como mucha azúcar jaja. Esta vez solo quise darle un poco de sabor al típico arroz blanco, agregar un poco más de sabor, un poco de color con vegetales y el toque de los guisantes.

Lately, I've been trying to prepare new or varied recipes for lunch, different dishes, and also, as I said a few weeks ago, not only to bring sweet recipes, since I eat a lot of sugar later haha. This time I just wanted to give a little flavor to the typical white rice, add a little more flavor, a little color with vegetables and a touch of peas.

✨PASO 1:

Lo primero que debemos hacer es lavar muy bien la cebolla, el pimentón, la zanahoria y el ajo. Seguidamente, retiramos la concha y comenzamos a picar en dados pequeños la cebolla, el pimentón, pero en cuanto a la zanahoria y el ajo, los rallamos por la parte más fina del rallador.

Agregamos un poco de aceite para comenzar a sofreír la cebolla y al estar un poco sofrita, agregamos el ajo, incorporamos y dejamos sofreír nuevamente. Luego, repetimos el mismo proceso con el pimentón.

Seguidamente, es momento de agregar los 400 gr de arroz que incorporamos junto con el resto de ingredientes. Rápidamente, incorporamos 1 cucharada de cúrcuma, volvemos a incorporar y agregamos la zanahoria rallada.

Rápidamente, añadimos los 800 ml de agua junto con 1 cucharada colmada de sal e incorporamos muy bien y tapamos. Preparamos como un arroz normal, moviendo entre ratos hasta que esté cocido a gusto de cada persona. Pasado el tiempo, apagamos el fuego y agregamos los guisantes en la parte superior.
