Así es, nuevamente vengo con una receta de panes, esta vez tocó preparar unos pancitos dulces, perfectos para comer en la merienda, junto con una deliciosa taza de café o para compartir con la visita. Son unos pancitos realmente fáciles de preparar y con ese toque de anís dulce que aporta un rico sabor al pan.

That's right, I'm back with a bread recipe, this time it was time to prepare some sweet bread rolls, perfect to eat as a snack, along with a delicious cup of coffee or to share with visitors. These are really easy to prepare and with that touch of sweet anise that gives a rich flavor to the bread.

🍶 INGREDIENTES | 🍶 INGREDIENTS
- 500 g de harina de trigo.
- 250 ml de leche.
- 70 gr de azúcar.
- 50 ml de aceite.
- ½ cda de semillas de anís dulce.
- 10 gr de levadura.
- 1 huevo.
- ½ cda de sal.
Para barnizar:
- 1 yema.
- 1 cda de leche.
- 500 g of wheat flour.
- 250 ml of milk.
- 70 g of sugar.
- 50 ml of oil.
- ½ tbsp of sweet anise seeds.
- 10 g of yeast.
- 1 egg.
- ½ tbsp of salt.
To glaze:
- 1 yolk.
- 1 tbsp of milk.
✨ PREPARACIÓN | ✨ PREPARATION
- ✨PASO 1:
Comenzamos agregando los 500 gr de harina de trigo previamente tamizada a un recipiente hondo, hacemos un agujero en medio y vamos añadiendo los 70 gr de azúcar junto con 10 gr de levadura.
- ✨1 STEP:
We begin by adding the 500 gr of previously sifted wheat flour to a deep container, make a hole in the middle and add the 70 gr of sugar together with 10 gr of yeast.
- ✨PASO 2:
Seguidamente, añadimos los 50 ml de aceite, 1 huevo y agregamos los 250 ml de leche tibia, junto con la ½ cucharada de semillas de anís dulce y comenzamos a incorporar con ayuda de una cuchara o paleta.
- ✨2 STEP:
Next, we add the 50 ml of oil, 1 egg and add the 250 ml of warm milk, together with the ½ tablespoon of sweet anise seeds and begin to incorporate with the help of a spoon or spatula.
- ✨PASO 3:
Cuando ya no podamos mover con la cuchara, terminamos de incorporar con las manos. Seguidamente, espolvoreamos un poco de harina a la mesa, colocamos la masa y amasamos de 8 min a 10 min, o hasta integrar muy bien la masa.

Pasado el tiempo, hacemos un cilindro, cortamos con ayuda de un cuchillo en 11 o 10 porciones y hacemos bolitas con cada una de las porciones. Al estar listas, engrasamos una bandeja y colocamos pegadas una al lado de la otra, cubrimos y dejamos que duplique su tamaño por 1 hora.

Pasado el tiempo, habrán duplicado su tamaño, así que es momento de barnizar, con una mezcla de 1 yema de huevo y 1 cucharada de leche. Pincelamos todos los pancitos y los llevamos a horno precalentado a 180 °C por 25 min o hasta que estén dorados.

After this time, they will have doubled in size, so it is time to glaze them with a mixture of 1 egg yolk and 1 tablespoon of milk. We brush all the rolls and put them in a preheated oven at 180°C for 25 minutes or until they are golden.
✨ De esta manera es como pueden preparar estos lindos y deliciosos pancitos dulces de anís. Dejan enfriar, y despegan unos de otros con facilidad.
