Today I have prepared cookies with natural sweetness of raisins, penetrating flavor to have ginger in its preparation, very satiating as they are loaded with oats and with a slight citrus flavor of passion fruit.

Hoy he preparado galletas con dulzor natural de uvas pasas, sabor penetrante al tener jengibre en su preparación, muy saciantes ya que están cargadas de avena y con un leve sabor cítrico a maracuyá.
Since I saw a similar recipe on the Youtube channel Recetas de Gri, I craved cookies like these, however, I made some variations. First, the recipe consulted has oranges and since I didn't have oranges at home, I used passion fruit which is also citric but not sweet at all.
Also, the recipe consulted used dates. In my case, I used raisins, which were recommended as a substitute in the video, and I used this ingredient not only as recommended but also added a little more in small pieces to give more texture to the dough and to give it more sweetness as well, something necessary since I used passion fruit instead of sweet oranges.
They turned out soft cookies, with an addictive flavor (at least for me), very fresh and sweet, with the characteristic spicy touch of ginger.
Desde que vi una receta similar en el canal de Youtube Recetas de Gri, me antojé de unas galletas como estás, sin embargo, hice algunas variaciones. Primero, la receta consultada tiene naranjas y como yo no tenía naranjas en casa, utilicé maracuyá que también es cítrica aunque nada dulce.
Asimismo, en la receta consultada se usó dátiles. En mi caso, usé uvas pasas que en el video se recomendó como sustito y usé este ingrediente no solo de la forma que se recomendó sino que agregué un poco más en pequeños trocitos para darle más textura a la masa y para darle más dulzor también, algo necesario al haber utilizado maracuyá en lugar de naranjas dulces.
Resultaron unas galletas suaves, de sabor adictivo (al menos para mí), muy frescas y dulces, con el característico toque picante del jengibre.
Ingredients // Ingredientes:
- 1/2 cup passion fruit juice, well concentrated.
- 1/2 cup of oat flour.
- 1/2 cup oat flakes.
- 1/2 cup raisins + 2 tablespoons.
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger.
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder.
- 1 pinch of salt.
- 1/2 taza de jugo de maracuyá bien concentrado.
- 1/2 taza de harina de avena.
- 1/2 taza de avena en hojuelas.
- 1/2 taza de uvas pasas + 2 cucharadas.
- 1 cucharadita de jengibre rallado.
- 1/2 cucharadita de canela en polvo.
- 1 pizca de sal.

Soak the half cup of raisins in a little warm water to cover them, for about 20 minutes.
The other 2 tablespoons of raisins are cut into very small pieces and set aside.
Drain the soaked raisins and blend with the passion fruit juice and ginger.

On the other hand, add the oat flour in a bowl and mix it with the salt and the small pieces of raisins. Add the smoothie we have prepared and the cinnamon and integrate the ingredients with the help of a fork.
Por otra parte, se agrega la harina de avena en un bol y se mezcla con la sal y las trocitos de uvas pasas. Se agrega el licuado que hemos preparado y la canela y se van integrando los ingredientes con la ayuda de un tenedor.

Add the oat flakes, mix everything until a dough is formed and let it rest for about 20 minutes so that the oatmeal absorbs the rest of the ingredients.

The dough is sticky, so I think the best way to shape the cookies is with a mold.

I baked at 170°C for 20 minutes, however, remember that this may vary a little depending on each oven, so it is best to keep an eye on the time so that they do not burn.
Horneé a 170°C por 20 minutos, sin embargo, recuerden que esto puede variar un poco dependiendo de cada horno, así que es mejor estar atentos con el tiempo para que no se vayan a quemar.
In total there were 6 cookies of about 6 centimeters in diameter, not so thin, with a soft texture and very aromatic. The ginger flavor is very noticeable but for those who like it is great, however, of course you can omit this ingredient or reduce the amount used, just a touch may be enough for some.
As far as I am concerned, despite being very satiating, they did not last long in the basket.
En total salieron 6 galletas de unos 6 centímetros de diámetro, no tan delgadas, de contextura suave y muy aromáticas. Se siente mucho el sabor a jengibre pero para quien le guste está genial, sin embargo, por supuesto que se puede omitir este ingrediente o reducir la cantidad utilizada, tan solo un toque puede ser suficiente para algunos.
En lo que a mi respecta, a pesar de ser muy saciantes, no duraron nada en la cestita.
