It is said that turmeric is a good natural anti-inflammatory and that to activate it should be combined with a little pepper.

I recently saw a video on YouTube by Dr. Patricia Leite who reports that the combination of banana with turmeric can bring many benefits, such as strengthening the cardiovascular system, improving mental health and relieving joint pain, among others.

So I did not hesitate to prepare a smoothie with these ingredients to see for myself these benefits. Of course, one day is not enough to give a testimony, however, I can say that I consumed it with my breakfast and I felt completely satiated all morning and with a little more energy. Besides the taste is quite pleasant, the sweetness of the bananas is felt and the pepper gives it a very slight but interesting spicy touch, my taste buds liked it very much.

Recientemente vi por YouTube un video de la Dra. Patricia Leite quien informa que la combinación de banana con cúrcuma puede traer muchos beneficios, tales como fortalecimiento del sistema cardiovascular, mejoramiento de la salud mental y alivio de dolores en las articulaciones, entre otros.

Así que no dudé en preparar un batido con estos ingredientes para ir comprobando por mí misma estos beneficios. Por supuesto, que no basta un día para dar un testimonio, sin embargo, puedo decir que lo consumí junto a mi desayuno y me sentí totalmente saciada toda la mañana y con un poco más de energía. Además que el sabor es bastante agradable, el dulzor de las bananas se hace sentir y la pimienta le da un toque picante muy leve pero bastante interesante, a mis papilas gustativas le gustó mucho.

1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder.
1 tablespoon chia seeds.
1 teaspoon vanilla.
1 cup water.
