Herod and Pilate, they judged Him and condemned Him and those who condemned Him spat on them, slapped Him, thrust a spear into His side and those who abandoned Him.
With all this Jesus said:
-Father forgive them for they know not what they do.
And that sinner who stood by his side confessed his crime, asked for forgiveness, but Jesus answered him
-And that sinner who was beside him confessed his crime, and asked for forgiveness, but Jesus answered him,
-I tell you the truth, today you will be with me in paradise.
He was on the cross, his hour was coming, Christ, in agony, said to Mary, who was near on that day
-Woman, behold thy son, son, behold thy mother.
Those who were near, went far away, he felt the whole cross of humanity and cried out with a loud voice saying:
-Eli, Eli, lama sabachthani?
Jesus was exhausted, dejected, hurt and the guards looked at him with contempt, his clothes were torn and his tunic was thrown to the lot and Jesus said:
-I thirst.
All was done, all is written, the hour was at hand, the time must be,
when he took that bitter vinegar, he said:
-It is finished. This is the time, I must go, my departure has come,
He gave his soul to his father and said:
-Father, into your hands I commend my spirit.
