Blackrock is venturing into the tokenized world. Its tokenized investment fund has received over $160mn of inflows in a single week!
This fund is named BlackRock USD Institutional Digital Liquidity Fund with the ticker BUIDL. It seems like Ondo Finance, a leader in Real World Asset Tokenization has poured some money into it.
Ondo shared that they moved around $95mn of their own short-term US Treasury bills ETF (OUSG) into BUIDL.

What is BUIDL?
The BlackRock USD Institutional Digital Liquidity Fund (BUIDL) is a tokenized money market fund that invests in U.S. Treasury bills, repurchase agreements, and cash.
This is another success for Blackrock following its launch of $IBIT in January which gathered more than $15bn in investments!
It surely looks like Blackrock is going to find new ways to launch Blockchain related funds or even new Blockchain funds!
