In this post I will explain a little about the card and why I consider it a great choice against magical attacks, so let's start with its basic stats and then we will move on to its abilities.
The Haunted Spirit has a melee attack and when it comes to causing damage it is not far behind because its damage is high and in defense it is also great because it has a lot of health, but what makes it an excellent card are its abilities and that is what I will talk about now.
Another detail that I forgot to mention is that the Haunted Spirit costs only 5 mana to be used in battle.
The Haunted Spirit's abilities are: Heal, Magic Reflect and Void.
The Heal ability causes the Haunted Spirit to heal itself for 1/3 of its maximum health once per round.
The Magic Reflect ability causes the Haunted Spirit to deal 50% of the magic damage it received to the monster that attacked it with a magic attack. In short, if a monster with a magic attack attacks the Haunted Spirit with a magic attack, then that monster will suffer 50% of the magic damage it dealt to the Haunted Spirit.
The Void ability makes the Haunted Spirit take only 50% damage against magical attacks.
In my opinion, this monster was created specifically to be the nightmare of monsters with magical attacks and this combination of abilities is perfect for that because in addition to taking less damage against magical attacks and reflecting part of the magical damage received, the Haunted Spirit will also heal itself and this will make life much harder for monsters that want to defeat it.

A habilidade Void faz o Haunted Spirit receber apenas 50% de dano contra ataques mágicos.
Na minha opinião esse monstro foi criado especificamente para ser o pesadelo dos monstros com ataque mágico e essa combinação de habilidades é perfeita para isso porque além de receber menos dano contra ataques mágicos e refletir parte do dano mágico recebido, o Haunted Spirit também vai se curar e isso vai dificultar muito a vida dos monstros que quiserem derrotar ele.
Tenho que admitir que atualmente existem ótimas opções para enfrentar ataques mágicos em Splinterlands, mas o Haunted Spirit é um dos monstros que não podem faltar na minha coleção na hora de batalhar porque eu sempre encontro uma boa oportunidade para usar ele nas minhas batalhas e nunca me arrependo de utilizar ele.
