Good morning everyone 🙋
ummm well I know there is night in some places but according to PST we have been in the morning so basically today it's an early morning post :p> last night one of a good friend suggested to me that I should focus on my blog or try to do at least 1 post on a daily basis well on a daily basis I can't promise myself but of course I'll try :p
Hmmm well peeps we're so wrapped up in our hectic routines, for example, our job/work or studies etc blah blah that we totally forget to take some time for our body particularly mind. we have a lot of pressure on ourselves to prove our work in the work-place and to score good grades in university etc...In this race of getting better n better according to the standard measures of society, we might wreck our mental peace.
Lemme ask you one question when was the last time you woke up early in the morning not to get ready for work or university but for a walk or yoga something else what you like?
walking through a natural surrounding can change brain activity so people don't contemplate on negative thoughts as much as we did before a nature walk or maybe yoga. I tried and tested both.
I wanted to tell you that I felt so reinvigorated and relaxed today after going for a yoga it was a great physical activity as well as reviver for my mind.
Truth be told our hectic routines make our life so dull and colourless that we don't realise that what we are doing with our mental peace. Taking a walk or yoga is a yet simple and powerful way to nourish physical fitness and mental well being.
The real reason why I try to make walking or yoga a vital part of my mind down the right path.
so at the end conclusion of the post is please take out some time from your hectic schedules for a morning walk or evening walk or yoga whatever you like away. and trust me as I'm feeling a difference today you guys will definitely see the difference in your physical fitness and mental contentment
