The same can be an appetizer, for dinner, even a snack, I feel I could eat them at any time, but of course not in excess because it is high in kilocalories and goodbye to the diet. Hola amigos amantes de las delicias culinarias, hoy les traigo una receta muy fácil pero deliciosa y lo mejor, con ingredientes muy comunes que podemos encontrar con facilidad. Muchas veces nos visitan amigos o familiares inesperadamente y nos volvemos locos buscando e inventando que brindarles, pues esta es una buena opción. Lo mismo puede ser un entremés, que, para la cena, hasta una merienda, siento que podría comerlas a cualquier hora, pero claro no en exceso porque está subidita de kilocalorías y adiós a la dieta. No los demoro más, aquí les muestro los ingredientes y el paso a paso de como las realicé, espero les guste.

- 500 ml milk / 500 ml de leche

En esta receta el ingrediente principal son los macarrones, puedes utilizar coditos si no cuentas con estos. Lo primero que debemos hacer es poner a calentar el agua y le añadimos la sal.

Cuando ya estén fríos los macarrones ir formando las croquetas, el queso permite que se peguen un poco y no se desbaraten.

Once the croquettes are ready, we proceed to overflow and then bread each one of them. There are a lot of them, so if you want to make a few, reduce the amount of macaroni, I had some left over and I kept them in the refrigerator for the next day.
Ya conformadas las croquetas, pasamos a rebosar y luego empanizar cada una de ellas. Salen muchísimas, así que si quieren hacer pocas disminuyan la cantidad de macarrones, a mi me sobraron y las guardé en el refrigerador para el día después.
