This edition is about a specific dessert in a particular cafe near my workplace. I guess you all know I love blueberry cheesecake. When it comes to cheesecake, I'm biased towards blueberry, but I guess Bo's Coffee is the home of my most favorite blueberry cheesecake.
The photo above is the only photo I took when I tried their blueberry cheesecake. I don't know why. Maybe because I was really enjoying it that I forgot to take a lot of photos.
The cheesecake is so moist and its delicate texture feels like it melts the moment it touches your mouth. There's "crust" at the bottom which provides a little bit of crunch to balance the delicate cheesecake. It's not so sweet, so the blueberry jam on top provided the necessary sweetness and tartness to the whole ensemble.
It's a little bit pricey for a single slice, but I'm willing to indulge myself once in a while.
I love top pair the cheesecake with a mug of hot chocolate. Everything's perfect! It's good to relax after a hard day's work.
Chatting with friends at Bo's Coffee is one perfect way to end the day.
