Preparing desserts is something I love, especially tasting the final results, for me it is always a good moment and a good time to treat myself. This time I wanted to do something different and use some fruits I had in the fridge, so I prepared a mixture of four eggs, a cup of sugar and I beat it until it was foamy (I only beat the egg whites).
In another part mix the dry ingredients such as the two cups of flour, the baking powder and set aside.
Then to the egg whites and sugar mixture I added the egg yolks and the bananas that I had chopped until I got a homogeneous mixture and finally I added a quarter cup of oil, a tablespoon of vanilla and the rest of the flour and took it to the oven.
Then I prepared a pastry cream with oranges, which I used to decorate the cake and put a slice of banana on top, this was soft and delicious.

Preparar postres es algo que me encanta, sobre todo probar los resultados finales, para mí siempre es un buen momento y una buena hora para darme un gusto. En esta oportunidad quise hacer algo distinto y utilizar unas frutas que tenía en la nevera, así que preparé una mezcla de cuatro huevos, una taza de azúcar y la puse a batir hasta que tuviese espumosa (solo batí las claras).
En otra parte mezcle los ingredientes secos como las dos tazas de harina, el polvo de hornear y reserve.
Luego a la mezcla de claras y azúcar le agregué las yemas y las bananas que tenía picaditas hasta obtener una mezcla homogénea y finalmente le agregué un cuarto de taza de aceite, una cucharada de vainilla y el resto de la harina y lo llevé al horno.
Después preparé una crema pastelera con naranjas, la cual utilicé para decorar la torta y le puse una rodajas de banana encima, esto quedó suavecito y delicioso.
